RX Bandits is the best, period.

by RXBanditsLuvr on 8/1/09Bowery Ballroom - NEW YORK

RX Bandits are more/less the only band I'll actually pay money to see live anymore. We showed up for them, and left right after their set. Dredg might have been good, but we felt like we didn't want anything to disturb our RX experience. See them when you can. So good. Just to give you an idea, they opened their set with all four members playing the drums.

    Box office stinks!!!

by MandalaFan on 8/1/09Bowery Ballroom - NEW YORK

The Rx Bandits again played another amazing live show. Unfortunately, we missed half of their set because the box office assured us that they were going on no earlier than 10pm, when in reality they went on at 9! So disappointed.

by JIMMD27 on 8/1/09Bowery Ballroom - NEW YORK

unfortunately i arrived to the concert late coming from work, i got there after rx bandits had already played 2 full songs but after that i didnt miss anything. the music was incredible, they sounded even better live than on the cd, they did a lot of ad-lib stuff i between songs and their transitions between songs were unforgettable. it was an incredible performance i only wish that i would have gotten there on time

    Dredg is sick

by donkeyleg on 7/13/09Troubadour - West Hollywood

I am sure glad thier is a band doing kind of variety of music and if they create something that they feel is good they will put it in a song and not worry about if it is "Dredg" or not

    R.E.S.P.E.C.T.

by Pwnroyd on 7/12/09Troubadour - West Hollywood

I came to see Dredg because I've been following them through their albums the past 10 years. However, in the midst of the mind melting music, the RXB fans were truly disrespectful. Chanting "RXB!" between songs, laughs and jokes ensued and at one point a t-shirt was thrown on stage that had something written on it, as the lead singer put it, "rude." I understand that this House of Blues show was opened to 16+ but even still, fans need to respect the band that opens for their favorite bands. There needs to be a resurgence of common decency when it comes to club shows, amphitheaters and the like... We all come to these shows to enjoy the music, the drink and hopefully even a little dance. If we can't reciprocate the art these incredible musicians create, with respect and love -- then maybe we don't deserve the experience. As the HOB so aptly states, "All are one." Let's act like it.

    Dreddgggg

by Elee on 7/12/09Troubadour - West Hollywood

I love this band. The show I saw at the Troubadour in W. Hollywood, CA was excellent. The sound was great! I can't to see them in Boston on August 1st. Dredg in an incredibly powerful band - A Must See live experience.
