DJ Quik Tickets

It seemed like nothing new.we want to hear different songs other then "tonight" and "born and raised in Compton". I have all his albums and for once I would like to hear "the hoe in you" ,"something for the mood",and all those songs i haven't heard on the radio live. He needs to do a show with 2nd II none,suga free,playa ham,and Amg if they are getting along. Love the band.

I LOVED DJ QUIK especially the fact that he had a live band and even Dj some of his songs and played the drums!!!!:) i didnt like any of the opening acts they sucked i wish the start to end was quik.

Concert was dope!!! I had mad fun listening to Quiks old songs live... I wish he woulda brought up some details on his new album....

I had to stand for 3 hours before DJ Quik even came out. The opening acts were annoying especially the first one. When the first opening group went up I wanted to leave in the middle of their first song, it was torture. It felt like torture having to sit through their performance. The 2nd group wasn't as bad but I was their to see DJ Quik. When DJ Quik finally came out at 11 I was already tired of standing & ready to leave. There was not one chair to just sit and rest your feet for one minute in the entire place. I was so irritated & tired I couldn't even enjoy the show... I left at midnight. I will never go to a show at The Grove again especially DJ Quik.

i thought he would put on a better show, but instead he pretends to be a band leader, puts on two other singers, and only plays 2 of the jams that made him popular.

I immediately loved Quik from the very first album I bought to the first show I saw. He is just amazing live and it's always the time of your life. The small venues make it so much better! My favorite was my first show at HOB Anaheim. Last time he was in Ventura my hometown I made it a mission to at least meet him! Luckily it worked out for my friend and I and we got much more than we bargained for! After the show we spent the rest of the night with Quik, Gangsta D and KK! Now that was amazing, proof attached!

When i biught these tix i didn't realize it was really for the Faith Evans concert?? He had great unexpected guests but at the end othe night had only performed 4 of his own songs, what a disappointment! And Tonite wasnt even one of them?! All-in-all great perfomances, Faith, Paul Wall, X....just too bad Quik wasnt one of them.

Best show i've been to in a long time. I never liked Faith Evans till I saw her live! She has an amazing voice!! DJ Quik was a great...but of course I expected him to be.

Have always had a good time at DJ Quik concerts, small venue and we were up in the front. Standing room only, so bring comfortable shoes if you go to this venue.

Dj Quik put on a good show, I would have wished he played more songs himself, but he had a few other acts also play, some known, some unknown. Overall a good show, he had a dj and a live band. Would definetely recommend this show.

has ALWAYS put on a DOPE show. ive seen him 4 times, and everytime its honestly amazing.

I drove 2 hours to party with DJ Quik and Bizzy and it was worth it!!! DJ Quik and Bizzy were both great entertainers. And DJ Quik did perform a few of his songs, deejayed coo beats and looked good!!!!

I went to this event with my boyfriend. We got there early so we got a seat. After we got there we realized we didn't have to pay $70 for VIP because it's tucked away from everyone in the basement with no show access. Anyway that's beside the point. Bizzy Bone was really good even solo, and if Bone Thugs ever comes to a city near you I suggest you see them. DJ Quik came out at 8:30 and shook hands with some of the crowd. He showed back up right before midnight to do the countdown. Everyone was hype. After that he brought on all of his neighborhood friends (or at least they seemed like it, considering the talent they had...um maybe they were hot back in '85) who stayed on stage until 1:30!! Well maybe longer because we left. DJ Quik was still literally DJing!!! He had not sung one song yet! WHAAAAACCCCKKK!!!!!! I wanted to scream out, "Pick up the mic...we didn't come here to see your friends!!!" Guess DJ Quik's hood cred is still good. The only reason why this show got two stars was because of Bizzy. Too bad he was not the headliner. Oh yeah, I forgot to mention the $25.00 park it yourself valet. Don't call it valet if it I have to walk up the ramp to deliver and retrieve my car and you park it two inches away from me is all I'm saying. I still had fun on NYE at the Key Club, The DJ was hot for just partying, but it had nothing to do with Quik.

i had a lot of fun, no body was trippin', and both my brothers were with me so i will never forget ths event.

Great crowd...Awesome concert. Would definitely recommend going and would go again. Had a lot of fun and the special guests were great.

New years was excellent with Bizzy Bone, Jon B. 2nd to None and Mr. Quik. The show was really nice and the sound system was excellent. One of my best new years ever....Thank you DJ Quik.

I have been to two Dj Quik show's and let me tell u, u must see at least one of his shows he is amazing and very into the crowd u can really tell he loves performing very nice and humble man you will be into the show from beginning to end. Can't wait till the next one I will be there for sure

Loved the show, Quik's energy is always great at h.o.b. in hollywood. I'm a big fan and have been to many of his shows and I feel he's at his best when he's at h.o.b. in hollywood. Always love his live band and oh yeah that was the first time i saw him with Battlecat as his dj. Nice surprise Battlecat tore it up too!! My input would be for him to perform more songs from his latest albums with some of his classics that he usually performs. More variety Quik!! Haha I cant wait for the next h.o.b. show (no key club). Do it do it!!!! And bring Suga Free the pimp next time hope you guys made up already.
