Disney * Pixar - Coco - A Live-to-Film Concert Experience Tickets

I booked Coco w/the live orchestra 2 months ago not fully knowing how amazing it would be. I took my 2.5 year old grandson and figured it would be a nice way to introduce him to a theatre setting. He was fascinated by UPAC, it was absolutely beautiful inside. He sat in his seat for the whole performance and oooh’d, aaah’d and sang his little heart out.❤️ He clapped and laughed at all the appropriate times and the joy on his face was contagious. All the kids were singing and mesmerized by the Phenomenal Orchestra, a part I particularly Loved!!! I can not wait to return to UPAC for more amazing shows. This one was so special and one I will never forget. Fantastic job UPAC and LaVoz!!! Bravo!

Loved the show! The graphics and lighting and music made it a great experience. The interaction with our phones at certain scenes was nice. I liked the fact that many of the Artists on the Spanish Soundtrack were part of the show as some of the actual voices from the movie. Coco is sooo special and brings so many family memories that we had to attend👍🏼🌺💀🌼❤️

I've been to all of the other Live-to-Film Concert Experiences that the Hollywood Bowl has collaborated with Disney on. Each one of those I thoroughly enjoyed. However, this was different as it felt like a much more personal experience. The small touches throughout the film, such as the folklorico dancers and the life-size alebrijes, made the show a real theater experience. But the finale is what really made the show so memorable, celebrating not only the music from the movie, but some of the most beloved music of Mexico. I hope that this is an annual experience, and that it continues to grow and reach people with its traditions and its heart.

We 3 Groots went to see the movie Coco with a live orchestra and singing. It was AWESOME! We 3 had seen the movie when it came out and were moved by it's beauty and wonderful message. We could not have anticipated the number of stars that would appear in person--unbelievable!!!! The performances that night left us a bit misty-eyed. From start to finish--a wonderful night out. (The weather for November was pleasant)

The event was magical. I still can’t believe I got to go. It was a bit pricey and we sat in the box seats to accommodate my dad who is a Retired Veteran & leg amputee. He is somewhat mobile but needs to be in wheelchair for large dark events. It was dark so it made it difficult for him to see going to the bathrooms & the elevators were packed & not well organized. The SHOW however was amazing & I wish we could have sat closer to see the Peptia & Dante puppets! I don’t know if I could afford to go again but definitely would if I could. I would appreciate more than one Coco merch tent because a lot of the older folkx couldn’t make it through the crowds to buy things for themselves & grand kids. My dad LOVES buying souvenirs for his loved ones but only when he is right there to make the choices but couldn’t make it to the tent even in though we were pushing wheelchair. We got stopped at least 10 times asking where we brought the cloths, blanket and programs on the way out. But the elderly were to tired and it was crowd & dark for them to make the trek uphill back past the ticket boths from where the elevator drops people off. People missed it completely because it’s hidden from that point of view. Thank you for a magical night. I cried the first 10mins of the show because I couldn’t believe I was seeing my vibrant wonderful loud culture at the freaking Hollywood Bowl with live performances & live orchestra!! With my parents! So surreal!! It was priceless!!! I loved it!

Wonderful experience. Performances were beyond expectations. Hope this returns to the Bowl annually. Few things that irked me such as the boy playing Miguel being misintroduced and certain artists being left out of the in memoriam piece but not enough to dock stars. Simply a must see event.

...engrossing and well thought out...vocalists were inspiring/impressive/impassioned...really the only downside was parking availability which caused us to lose 30 minutes of the performance and created little incentive ever to return to the hollywood bowl...

I have to tell you, this was wonderful. I loved the cast and the concept. My seats were great, the venue was perfect!!!

Great from start to finish! I loved every moment and how they incorporated Mexican culture in to the show. A must see if given the chance

AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!! ♥️♥️♥️ loved the energy and creativity put into bringing to life one of Disney/Pixar creations! The performers were amazing! The cast were amazing! Great addition to the amazing diversity we have in California for all Latin cultures. As a musician and movie junkie, I definitely appreciated the purity of the orchestra and performances from all cast members! Colorful performances and great sound. If there is ever a next time, I would get tickets in the middle area (not too close to the stage) just to experience a different seating area since I sat in Row2 last night 🔥🔥🔥 We missed out on the great visual projections to the bowl. @mousetrappe did a phenomenal job.

The venue: Plan on being in a shuttle AT LEAST 90 minutes before a show. Traffic and parking is horrendous. It took us 1 hour and 20 minutes to get to the venue from the LA Zoo parking lot. Concession stands closed after intermission! Who does that? It was a family show and everyone knows kids EAT ALL day long. I just don't think this was the correct venue. Maybe next time they can do shows at a different location i.e. Staples Center, Honda Center, Toyota Center. The show: It was a movie with live music. I am soooo sad to say it that way, because again, I really wanted to love it!!! I sat too far away to make the hassle worth it (Q). If there were a next time, I would be in much closer seats to make the hassle worthwhile.

The event itself was pretty good! It was a good atmosphere and a good time. I do feel the event itself could've been better. I for one, was wondering what Lele Pons was doing there. Overall, it was a fun experience, but I feel it needed more.

It was really good, but it lacked the characters presence, singing and dancing. There wasn’t enough of a performance for the length of the movie.

The show was beautiful. You can never go wrong with having the opportunity to attend a live to film concert experience at the Hollywood Bowl. I would highly recommend anyone to attend The Coco show at the Hollywood bowl!

It was a fun experience just wish there would have been fireworks at the end and a grand finale with music and mariachi playing

Took my 22 month old grandson it’s his favorite movie he was entertained watching the movie but I was disappointed I thought the intro had no meaning no one knew what was going on? for being a Pixar movie I thought it should’ve been a little more put together and more elaborate to give all the children that were there a better feel of that whole concert! Tickets expensive not cheap! The music the lighting all of that was very beautiful but it was definitely not for children there was really nothing fun for them to keep them interacted except for just watching the movie! I felt like we went to a movie night with the orchestra! This was definitely for adults we also had two 14 year-olds there that were very bored and we’re taking naps! When the characters singers would come out they had beautiful dancers behind them and in which the cameras never really seem to put the camera on them for us to even see them dance it was solely on the singer which is very disappointing! So as you can see we were very disappointed with it! We expected a better show!

it was fantastic event. seat is little bit of uncomfortable side but overall experience of the show was top notch

Exceeded my expectations. I assumed it'd just be the movie live to music but we got a little concert out of it. the cast was there and it was very fun to see. The dancers and backgrounds were great as well!

Lacking in organization or a proper MC, several of the sequesnces were rushed. I did NOT like the app integration, and found it distracting tohave so many attendees have their screens out with the white text, or to have the text on the screens instead of the movie. Intermission was poorly timed and the show really lost momentum, extremely poor sound quality during several of the musical numbers and I can understand why they discontinued using Benjamin Bratt performing because he sounded terrible. Overall, a very $$$$ evening that didn't live up to other performances I have seen here.
