Wonderful show. Great Christmas music and theme. Fantastic after party with characters, dancing and Santa!
The show was cute and my kids enjoyed it. A few things I didn’t like: The girl host had the most annoying voice I’ve ever heard. The singers would go in the audience and so us people sitting on the balcony were left to look at an empty stage until they returned. The special effects only shot out at the lower section, leaving out the kids on top. Someone had thrown up in the rows ahead of us before the show started, and so all throughout the show they had different people in there cleaning it- most of them were not considerate and so they blocked our view. It smelled horrible from that the whole time. Our seats were high but still expensive ($42.50 each) so to not be able to see and enjoy it all was disappointing.
I think Disney on ice is money better spent. Not all characters are in actual costume.
Would have liked to see Mickey and some other characters more. Too much people dancing instead of characters. Staff was awful. Wouldn’t let the kids dance in aisles when the show was telling everyone to get up and dance. Kids couldn’t see even with booster seats. If an adult was sitting in front of any child forget about seeing anything. Would not pay again to see this!
i have no idea how this show was going to be. my Grandkids were excited, so thats a plus. we get in to our seats & the place had VERY steep stairs going down to your seats. made me nervous with 2 little ones, that i didnt like. Then our seats were in front row on the balcony but your damn knees were literally pressed smack up against it, very uncomfortable. the show stage was to me left & the whole time, you had to stretch your neck to look around the person next to you, my neck was stiff.. the show seemed more about the hosts than Disney. The hosts annoyed me with the sound of their voice. We then went down 4 flights of stairs at intermission to get some food & they had huge long lines, that took forever, by the time you got up there the damn food was all gone, nothing but a bag of chips with 8 chips inside & Cracker jacks, that was it!! VERY POOR PLANNING , VERY POOR!! My grandkids were hungry but i couldnt feed them anything but i Cracker jacks bag & one potato chip bag. I will NEVER return to that place again , they did a terrible job with concessions, they ought to know with little kids there they needed to step up their inventory.
This event was so amazing! Staff are very welcoming & friendly we had two VIP tickets and everything was as expected for the little ones SPECIAL!! Beautiful & memorable show....
Mostly female characters made this a bit disappointing for my son. We missed seeing the lion guard and Jake the pirate. Almost the whole cast was female and princessy. Doc McStuffins was the only one that kept my 4 year old daughter’s attention. The actress that played princess Sophia looked nothing like her and so my daughter lost Interest almost immediately. The positives were the great songs and the hosts’ great energy. Still I saw many parents leave early with their kids. Not as fun as a Disney on ice show for kids with short attention span.
Settings, costumes, and special effects were good quality, but limited in variety. Content was disappointing. The dialogue was nonsensical. Fifteen minutes into the show, my 6 year old grandson’s comment was, “Mom-Mom, isn’t this ridiculous?” I expected more Christmas music & an actual children’s play about Christmas. This show consisted of having characters from various Disney Junior programs make an appearance on stage. We’ve been to Disneyland & to many Disney shows over the years with our 4 kids & 7 grandkids. This is the first Disney production I’ve ever found disappointing. It certainly wasn’t worth the money. Only one of my four young grandchildren said they liked it. Our local children’s theater does a better job.
This was my 3 yr old son's first concert and he's obsessed with Mickey and friends. We were disappointed only Mickey, Minnie and Goofy were in the show. My son really wanted to see and was expecting Donald, Daisy and Pluto. A few other children were also sad these particular characters didn't make it in the show.
My son loved the event. I was a bit disappointed that I thought I was paying for better seats by getting row 8 but it would have actually been better to be a few rows further back because row 8 was chairs on the floor instead of stadium seating. So my three year old couldn’t see over the people in front of us. I had him on my lap the whole time instead
Fun for kids. A little hard to see everything. Basically what I expected.
I thought the ticket prices were expensive for the quality of the show and length of the show. The use of the movie screen was lame. Let me say though that my 2 1/2 yr old granddaughter had a great time and never sat down.
Don’t except anything less from Disney!! We loved it!
It was nice to see all the "older" characters back like Doc McStuffins, Elena in addition to the newer ones. It was the most characters I have ever seen on any show except for the Ice shows. Kept a 4 year olds attention the entire time.
We had the best seats in the house. Our granddaughter who is two couldn't take her eyes off of the stage. It was a wonderful show for all. Would highly recommend it.
The show was great. Since the venue had to be moved, the seats that i was supplied were not comparable to the seats i purchased. I was not happy about that. The seats i was given were three rows from the very top of the balcony. I had purchased tickets almost a whole year in advance and i was seated with people who had just walked up to the ticket window the day of the show and purchased tickets. Not happy about that at all.
Everything was great location seating the Disney show was amazing
The performance was ok but I expected it to be better. The actual show was a little boring. I think having all the characters mixed in and on the stage together would have been better. It just felt like I was watching Disney channel from far away because the seats were awful on the balcony. I debated taking my child to a holiday tea at a hotel which I wish I would have done
My daughter had a great time seeing all the characters!
This show was highly disappointing. Only Mickey, goofy and Donald were in costume. Dora and vamprinia did not have a big face costume or dress in character. They were literally a human person with a similar outfit and makeup that they wear. It was very disappear that my children didn't get to experience live what they see on TV. They complained alot during the show that all they saw were people and where were the real characters? They asked several times if it was over and time to go yet.
