Concert was dope, Dave east performance was good, and dipset came out doing there thing
Show was supposed to start at 8 but I understand there's opening acts so maybe start at 9 maybe even 10. They didn't even come out until 1130. That's 3 1/2 hours of waiting for study who aren't even in their prime anymore. Honestly I would suggest going to this concert and I wish I could get my money back.
I will never go see anything else Dipset does. They didn’t get there until 11 they did individual songs. Not Dipset songs and the Dj before the show kept playing songs from 90’s. They didn’t even preform for a hour and it was 4 of them. After the show the artist didn’t wanna take meet and greet photos which people paid extra for. Cam didn’t even stay after the show he left everyone thought they were getting the whole Dipset in their meet and greet. The worst concert ever.
I went to the show in charlotte and I was sorely disappointed. Cam and Jim rolled through thier hits. Freeky Zeeky danced around the stage hyping. but they announced julez was not there. and then played a few of his songs. There were a whole posse of people on stage that served no point except for loitering. I think I saw a child. and there was one guy who only specifically rolled blunts during the show.
These guys are still my one of my fav group collectivly and individually. But I don’t know what happenend this show. I got there at 7:50 pm and they did not come on stage until 10:15 ish. It was like I paid for a talent show karaoke type of show with all these unknown opening acts that weren’t entertaining at all. I left at 11 because it felt like they just came to get a quick check and leave. Definintly my last dipset show.
It was a good concert. They overcharged for the seats luckily we bought cheap one and end up moving up.
I have been to many hip-hop concerts, but this one definitely is on the top 5 list. Cam'Ron, Juelz and Jim Jones put on an excellent show for the NY crowd. Hearing all the songs we grew up on, with a whole room packed full of fans rapping along - is an incredible feeling. Brought me back to being a teenager. Crowd was great, no fighting - everyone truly enjoyed themselves.
It was a great show it was really history in the making
Everything about this show was Amazing. Very will put!!
THE DOPEST AND MOST LIT CONCERT EVER! JUELZ, CAM AND JIM JONES HELD IT DOWN FOR HARLEM AND DIPSET
Dipset was amazing, I mean I'm a fan so I'm going to love seeing them in person. The problem comes in when they have a million other people on stage who are NOT performing and who you did NOT pay to see. It's a standing room only concert so you know u have to get there early to get a good spot just to have their broke entourage standing in your way for the second half of the show... You would at least think that Dipset would have said something but they just continued to perform in the small circle that was left open for them...Dipset is dope but the performance lacked because of the entourage...
I've been a die hard dipset fan for years. This show was amazing and I'm looking forward to attending more shows that's come to my area. The boys are back!! Great show
From begining to end the show was a historical event the Diplomats delivered and i had a incredible experience.
Cam'ron wasn't there. Jimmy and Juelz didn't perform until 12 o clock. Enough said.
They did not arrive until close to 1:30 am when doors opened at 9 and were suppose to go on around 10pm. We were forced to listen to not so good opening acts while waiting but between acts the DJs did a great job playing old and new hits. Echostage was comfortable temperature wise and had seats upstairs if you got tired of standing. When the real show began you forgot about the wait and sub par opening acts and had a great time. Juelz, Jim, Cam and Freaky were extremely entertaining.
Overall the venue was decent and drinks weren't too expensive however I was there until 1 am and Dipset still hadn't arrived. I left after that because the opening acts were all kind of crap.
By far the worst concert I've ever been to. There were a bunch of no name, wanna be rappers on stage for four hours who the crowd continuously booed. Dipset made us wait because they did the meet and greet before they came on stage instead of after. And after waiting all that time they only performed for an hour. Definitely not worth the time or money.
They didnt even go on stage until 1am.. I did not pay to see all the "opening performances", especially for 4 hours.. and why would you do the "meet and greet" BEFORE you even go on stage.. that just wasted everyone's time that actually came to see them perform. It was terrible. not something you should do to your fans.
If people can realize it's a concert and make it pass the opening acts...which some were good...once Dipset got on the stage it went crazy.
Ive been a huge dipset fan since a child. I even have a tattoo of their logo. Needless to say the idea of a dipset reunion got me excited. I even purchased a meet and greet ticket to meet killa. Friday night comes around and my friends and I arrived at Echostage around 10. After enduring a splitting headache by the terrible opening acts, an announcement came on around midnight that dipset would be doing their meet and greet in the back. We go back there and line up. After waiting another 45 minutes they announce that people will enter 1 by 1 to meet the dip set. After about 6 people get through they call it off and make everyone go back inside..... really? I paid $170 at the door for nothing. Finally the show starts with jim jones, the crowd is electric. Too bad you couldn't hear any of his words. Fortunately Juelz and killa came on and killed it. But i couldn't help but have a bitter taste in my mouth regarding the meet and greet.
