    Dinosaur world live

by Fish on 2/6/20MJ Nesheiwat Convention Center (FKA the Mid-Hudson Civic Center) - Poughkeepsie

The dinosaurs were great but the sound was overpowering for my 4 year old grandson. He had to sit with his hands over his ears throughout the entire show. But he still had a good time. The look of wonder on his face was priceless!

    Great show for kids

by E on 2/6/20MJ Nesheiwat Convention Center (FKA the Mid-Hudson Civic Center) - Poughkeepsie

The show was very interactive and the kids seemed to love the show . It was very cute . If i had to change one thing though i would say at the end when they can meet the dinosaurs to maybe do 4 of them. The lines were to big and the kids didn’t get to see the dinosaurs . Also maybe a small merchandise stand. Other wise the show was great for the kids

    Dino Dominates!

by World's Best Mimi! on 2/6/20MJ Nesheiwat Convention Center (FKA the Mid-Hudson Civic Center) - Poughkeepsie

Attended with my 2.5 yo grandson and he loved it!! The high quality of the puppetry and their 'handlers' made it so believable to him that it was a little scary at times. The enormous T-Rex had him shaking in his seat but he couldn't look away!! There was a variety of experiences from interacting with the audience to watching a baby hatch and attach to it's mother. My only gripe? There wasn't anything to buy to remember it with!! Bring on the MERCH!! You should offer t-shirts, books, glow stuff, anything!! I'm not a cell phone user at live events but for this one I decided to take pictures of the puppets so he could remember them and we could talk about it later. All in all a very good and entertaining show.

Kids loved it, some room for improvement

by JR on 2/6/20MJ Nesheiwat Convention Center (FKA the Mid-Hudson Civic Center) - Poughkeepsie

My kids are 4&6 and they said they loved the show. They were engaged the whole time and especially loved the part when trex came out! The actress was intense and I suppose it's because she needs to keep a bunch of little kids paying attention and in their seats but she was a bit hyper/anxious for me. I would appreciate if they took a different approach to keeping the kids engaged instead. The only other thing I disliked was 3 of the dinosaurs were small and unable to be seen unless you were right up front. A TV screen or a walk off stage would have helped, even if just for the one in the taradactyl family. Overall the show was cool and informative! I thought it was really really great that they allowed the kids to see and touch the other 2 small Dino's after the show!

    Not worth the money

by Millerrita on 2/6/20MJ Nesheiwat Convention Center (FKA the Mid-Hudson Civic Center) - Poughkeepsie

It was advertised as Jurassic World. How disappointing that you couldn't really see the stage unless you sat all the way back. How disappointing to spend over $200 on something tgat only lasted 40 minutes. Waste of time and money.

    Not worth the money!!!

    by Schuff on 2/4/20

I have 2 kids who love dinos!! The show had a grand total of 5 dinosaurs and they were, for the most part, underwhelming. The show was less than an hour long and seemed rushed. The dinos were not on stage for long. The only reason we did not ask for our money back was that our children (ages 4 and 2) had fun. However i would not recommend this show to anyone. Save your money. Go to a museum.

    Dinosaur World

by Aunt Jane on 2/4/20The Santander Performing Arts Center - Reading

Our seats were great in the balcony. Thought keeping distance would avoid any fears. Not! Suggest starting with the smaller Dino’s and maybe turning down the volume on the larger Dino’s. The adults were entertained. Only the 5 year old with us enjoyed the show. The venue food left much to be desired. Would not recommend this show for anyone under 5.

I took my nephew to see this show and he loved it! Got a bit scared with the T-Rex, but that didn’t really surprise me! The actress/ was great and the show was the perfect length.

    Fantastic!

by Shewolf on 1/31/20The Oncenter Crouse Hinds Theater - Syracuse

I had reservations about the human controlled dinos, but once the first one came on the stage, I was very impressed! My 6 year old grandson was absolutely entranced during the whole show. My 10 year old granddaughter even enjoyed it! If you have a dinosaur lover in your family, this is the show to see!

    Pretty good show

by Cory on 1/31/20The Oncenter Crouse Hinds Theater - Syracuse

My 6 year old grandson thought it was "the most awesomest thing we've ever done together" which makes it all worth while to me. However, it would be a good idea to tell people that it's VERY LOUD!! For children (or adults) with sensory issues this can be a big problem. I spent almost the entire show with my hands over my grandson's ears. So - good for him but not so much fun for me.

Little kids will enjoy this interactive dinosaur experience. Lots of opportunity to yell out answers and just be kids!

    Not what I expected

by Cuteotter on 1/23/20E.J. Thomas Hall - The University of Akron - Akron

The show overall was fine, not "awesome" like I thought it would be. There weren't many tickets sold, and it was just short of an hour long. Disappointing for me, as well as my grandson. Large dinosaurs were neat to see, but other stuff was just ordinary. Not worth the amount of money I spent on tickets!

The building was clean the people friendly and helpful

    by T. A. on 1/20/20Effingham Performance Center - Effingham

I tried to find out how long the event lasted, I never did find any details about the event ( it lasted 49 minutes long ) it was a neat event but I had never been to this facility before and I put in for the best seats , I was way in the back not happy about that . I wanted to be up front close to the stage.

Be Prepared To Go Back In Time

by Kdid on 1/20/20Effingham Performance Center - Effingham

If you have a little one obsessed with dinosaurs, this is the show for you! The show literally brings dinosaurs back to life with the noises, mannerisms, and life size figures. The story-line was funny to keep the adults intrigued and silly enough to keep the kids entertained. Definitely a must go!

    Great for kids

by Kels on 1/14/20Tilles Center Concert Hall - Brookville

Great interactive show for any kid who likes dinosaurs. It was entertaining and educational. I liked that they featured some lesser known dinos. They take volunteers from audience to help with dinos. They are puppets, not robots, so you will see the puppeteers but the movement, sounds, and interactions were very well done and not achievable with a robot IMO.

    Not what I expected.

by I. R. on 1/13/20Tilles Center Concert Hall - Brookville

My grandchildren enjoyed the show. It was average. The sound was a little too loud. The after show part seeing the baby dinosaurs was a nightmare. Too many people and no organization. It was a little scary. A longer, night as loud show would be great, and a more organized look at the baby dinosaurs.
