    Pending storm interrupted 1st day Music Festival event (like the MLB rain delay blocks away). But, Security guards were directed to force everyone out of Music Festival! The concert grounds were evacuated permanently. The MLB game was resumed and was completed same day. Returned again 2nd day to a locked gate, Security guards were protecting food vendor equipment and denied entrance to festival grounds. Festival was a non-event.
