Denver Broncos at Empower Field at Mile High
Empower Field at Mile High honors the unique and special traditions of the original Mile High Stadium. With a unique, undulating upper profile and a skin of steel, glass and aluminum, the Broncos stadium reflects the Rocky Mountains to the west and the Denver skyline to the east.
Empower Field at Mile High has a capacity of 76,125 and is one of the largest stadiums in the National Football League, with 1.7 million square feet of space.
The Denver Broncos schedule release video was uploaded on May 11, 2023, and features Peyton Manning, actress Angela Kinsey and Miles the Mascot. You can watch the clip here.
The Denver Broncos’ 2023 regular season kicks off in September at home against their AFC West rivals Las Vegas Raiders. The Broncos face the Raiders again in the final game of the regular season by traveling to Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas, NV. Here’s a list of key games to keep an eye on:
Broncos tickets will be available for purchase on Ticketmaster when the league announces the schedule for the 2024-25 season. The Denver Broncos' biggest rivals are the Los Angeles Chargers, Kansas City Chiefs and Las Vegas Raiders.
The Denver Broncos have appeared in eight Super Bowl championship games — the second-most in NFL history — winning three times: Super Bowl XXXII (1998), XXXIII (1999) and 50 (2016).
In a May 2023 episode of Ted Lasso, Coach Lasso (who’s from Kansas City) hilariously, as part of a larger subplot, mocked the Denver Broncos as a “garbage-ass team” who won “back-to-back Super Bowls.” (Jason Sudeikis, the actor who plays Lasso in the Apple TV+ series, is also a longtime Kansas City Chiefs fan.)
The Denver Broncos have sold out every game since 1970 — the longest single-city sellout streak in sports. The team reports a 98-percent renewal rate for season ticket holders, which is why the Broncos’ season ticket waiting list has over 87,000 names on it as of 2023.
Took my son, son in law, and grandson to Broncos vs Chiefs. Had great time watching Broncos win. The only negative was hearing young fans behind us cuss all game long.
We had the best time. Fun tailgating and the fans were so nice. Loved the tour, the game, and meeting players afterwards
Well organized VIP event, stadium experience great as vendors were friendly and the area was clean. Parking was reasonable, as well.
Getting the tickets and using them was a very easy process. Had a great time at the tailgate party as well as the game. Will definately use Ticket master again.
I’m not sure this digital ticket thing is the best idea. For those of us who are responsible for a group of people’s tickets (usually because they’re also nervous about losing their tickets) it’s a nerve racking experience!! It was so hot my phone was overheating when it was time to enter the stadium I had to wait until it cooled off to be able to get our group tickets scanned Wi-Fi around stadium was unavailable and my regular cell reception was horrible and interrupted
I am sick of watching the Broncos lose to bad football teams. Our Defensive coordinator sucks and our team quit.
2nd time to Mile High and loved it again. All three kids really enjoyed it, two of them a first time. Will definitely go back.
No flyover during the national anthem, owners must have forgot they're the richest in the NFL? Halftime entertainment did not exist which is pretty pathetic for $100 minimum per ticket. Also, broncos got destroyed.
I have been to Yankee/Dodger World Series games, an MLB All Star Game and NFL games at several venues and this was the best experience I ever had and I am a fan of the opposing team! The VIP Tailgate was one the best tickets I ever bought. The unlimited food, the open bars, the music but especially the people were great. We made new friends from fans of both teams. The Broncos put on a great show and our team, the Jets, won! Simply put, it was great experience.
It was a nice day Until the end of the game They need to win the games
Wow, what a first experience (I’m from Australia) of NFL at mile high stadium, F16s roared overhead, parachutist drop in and fireworks went off. There were 80,000+ people, most in orange. It was a friendly, loud experience. It was fantastic. The only problem that was the seats were a bit narrow. I loved it.
We enjoyed ourselves so very much amazing experience got to meet several players and go autographs and we were there for the 25th anniversary of the second winning of the Super Bowl. Great times love it. Would definitely love to do it again.
Parking in LotJ was not included with the tailgate party ticket. We were unable to find parking and not o my missed the tailgate party but the 1st quarter of the game. Entire waste of money. They should make it clear that parking in LotJ or any otter lot near the party is not included
The Denver Broncos looked sharp in the first half leading by a score of 21 - 3. However, in the second half, it appeared that they fielded a different team (offense and defense). They were pathetic. The offensive line couldn't protect Wilson any more and the defense wasn't penetrating to get to the quarterback! Wilson threw a Hail Mary pass towards the end of the 4th quarter which was caught by sheer luck after getting baubled by the other team (Commanders) who should have had an interception! It was a "here we go again"- kind of a repeat from last year.
Not only did the team not win, but it was too hot to stay for the entire thing. Many people were sitting in the concession areas and on the ramps because it was too hot. Maybe a slight spray mist can be added for just this type of weather? Or send concessions into the stands selling visors and cold drinks? We were in the upper most section and the sun burn that was caused - through normal jeans - lasted until the next morning.
Every NFL fan should see one game in Denver. The fact the team played the raiders on opening weekend was a bonus. Food prices were a little too high, but the stadium was nice overall.
Been here several times. Always a great time overall,Win or lose.
Mile High Stadium was beyond Expectations! Wonderful design, food, beverages, cell phone chargers, monitors... ELECTRIC ATMOSPHERE
Had fun. Won't B last time. I wish I had more time 2 see the city, and surrounding town's.
I would prefer TicketMaster release tickets the day before. 8 hours prior to game start is not necessarily convenient. The security process went smooth at Mile High which was nice. Hard to tell if the Broncos will have any chance with a decent season this year based on this game. The kicker, Lutz, needs to be replaced. Not sure why the big screens went black during extra point and field goal attempts- that was not great. Defense needs to pick up their game and get the the other QB and cover better (with less penalties.) Russell Wilson is overpaid and needs to get in synch with his offensive line.
