Perfect venue for this incredible band. Justin and Iain are better than ever.
Awesome concert! Band sounded great, played different styles of songs both old and new! A Great time!
As good as live music can be, Del Amitri at the Crystal Ballroom in Somerville, great venue, great production, and the songs, Justin can write some songs. The Ballroom is a welcome addition to the Boston music scene.
Nice venue, and the band was incredible! Go see them while you can!
Having not really heard much of the band, I went over them when I found out they are Scottish. Used Spotify and liked what they're doing and have done. The concert was a nice experience and though the sound of the location was as boxy and small as the venue itself. I enjoyed their music and seeing them live. Recommended for anybody that likes Smithereens, Bodeans, Toad the Wet Sprocket, Gin Blossoms and similar.
It was great - excellent sound and great people! Amazing time .
Del Amitri has always been one of my favorites…it has been over 20 years since I’ve seen them perform and they sounded exactly the same…Justin Currie didn’t miss a note! Can’t wait to see them again…please don’t wait 20 years to return to LA!!
The band was amazing. Such an intimate setting and WOW! On their authenticity and I really loved their performance.
Despite the jet lag from an arrival from Scotland, the band brought energy and positivity to this show, kicking off their 2022 tour, at The Canyon in Agoura Hills. From the opening notes of "When You Were Were Young" to the anthemic singalong refrain of "All Hail Blind Love" the band started solidly and had the audience joyously responding. The rest of the show was equally great with a mix of hits {Roll to Me, Tell Her This} and many additional gems {It Might as Well Be You, Scared of Dying, Kiss This Thing} Justin Currie's vocals were great, as always befitting one of the best voices in rock. The band's harmonies were consistently excellent and stunningly beautiful. Truly, one of the greatest shows I've seen in many years. SO grateful for Del Amitri!!!!!!
