In 2022 deadmau5 teamed with longtime friend and collaborator Kaskade on new music project Kx5 releasing Top 40 smash and #1 dance music radio single "Escape" featuring Hayla and "Take Me High." In the live realm, his 2019/20 U.S. cubev3 tour featuring production of his own design and implementation ranked in the Top 10 of Pollstar's top tours globally. This year he returns to the road for the 'We Are Friends' North American tour and as Kx5 will be headlining the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum in December. Beyond his music career, he is also a co-founder of gaming venture PIXELYNX and is an executive of HD streaming platform StreamVoodoo.
I’m so glad I decided to make the trip from Vegas to the Hollywood Bowl for this show. It was perfection! Hollywood Bowl was an iconic and amazing venue for his Restro5pective show. It was basically a deadmau5 “greatest hits” show. Vibes were good, visuals on point, and sound was amazing! Zero complaints, he’s good at what he does.
Seen him at multiple venues in the uk and he’s always on it, he knows exactly what setlist to play for the vibe and location. Recently saw deadmau5/testpilot perform at a very old church in London an experience I won’t forget
For those that don't know, Deadmau5 has been making music for a quarter of a century and performing for nearly as long. I highly recommend going to one of his shows as Deadmau5 first before goint to a Testpilot show of his where he becomes more experimental. While he didn't have his mau5head due to an issue with the airline losing it, we still had a great time at his Day of the Deadmau5 show in D.C.
The level of talent this man brings to his shows is unreal. He's a master at what he does. Can't wait to see him perform again

What a concert, Joel put on multiple helmets, all his vocal songs had their live singers performing. What a time to be alive
By far THE best show I've seen at The Hollywood Bowl. The sound was was the best ever, hands down! Meute as the opener was amazing. As for Deadmau5e... WOW! the visuals and his showmanship were incredible.
I was very, very impressed by the show, the light, the music, the production absolutely amazing. I didn't think a Hollywood Bowl would be able to pull it off because it's an outdoor venue in in the Hollywood Hills. However, it was outstanding. It was cold but outstanding. I loved the energy. I feed off that kind of energy.
