I love Dax and Monica so much, I didn't like the guest but I still had an amazing time.

Very entertaining and hilarious. I'm not a night person but found myself laughing so hard all night. It was perfect!

I was really excited to see the Armchair Expert podcast live after listening since the beginning. Getting into the show was easy, as always with the Bill Graham Civic. The line for food and drinks on the West end were ridiculously long at 8pm, so we decided to check out the East side concessions. The lines for drinks were more reasonable, but no food. Got our drinks and headed to the seats which were easy to find due to plenty of helpful ushers. Our row of seats were narrower than any of the other rows in our area. So narrow, that we had to physically exit our seats and let anyone out that had to leave theirs. Other rows in our area (F6) had plenty of space between rows. The conversation with Kamau was very fitting for our area and in a time with all that’s going on in society. The worst part were the audience questions. Letting obviously inebriated persons ask questions started off entertaining, but ended to be annoying.

Everything was a surprise as to who the guest was to getting Matt Nathanson to do a few songs as well as the Armchair Expert theme song. The guest was local from Oakland which was great, as always Dax is spot on with his questions that draw people out. Can't wait for another live show up here in the bay area.

I adore this podcast. It is thoughtful, real, engaging, funny, and makes my day. The show on Friday night was living up to all those things. Kamau Bell was an incredible guest. He is putting a spotlight on racism in America in a very in-your-face way and the conversation during the event focused on this very tough issue. I found the discourse engaging and true to the form of the podcast which is thought-provoking and real. It was great to see it in person, rather than from my headphones while running around San Francisco as I normally do. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars is because of the 5 questions at the end. The people who went up to the mike asked questions that were not in the spirit of the event. The people were ill-prepared, asked very self-serving questions, and it was a real let-down after a very intelligent conversation that occurred in 90 minutes prior. I would recommend that they vet people who want to ask questions before doing so, or skip this segment. Dax and Monica - love you guys! Keep up the amazing work and bringing us this awesome show every Monday and Thursday!

Dax and Monica were so entertaining and had lovely guests as always. However, the end portion of the show where they ask questions from the audience was awful. I don’t know if this particular audience was just being self centered, making it about themselves or if this frequently happened. Maybe that section would be either completely excluded or people can be asked about their question before they actually go up

It was so exciting see this show live and get the whole experience. I wasn’t very familiar with the guest but thought he was great as well. Hope they come back to SF!

This experience was fantastic and more than I could have hoped for! Dax and Monica were as funny as ever, and Michael proved to be just as funny!! Loved every aspect of the show and can’t wait for them to return!

I love this podcast and the live experience was amazing:) Hope he comes to Houston next so I can see him in my home town!

This show was amazing! Love the podcast and the live show did not disappoint! Entrance into the theater was quick and easy. The merch line was a bit long and we had to stand in a "pre-line" before we got to the actual line. Seats were better than expected. Theater was extremely close to our hotel.

The Majestic was the perfect place to see Dax, intimate yet a large crowd. The show was great, funny, entertaining and a great crowd. Would definitely see him again.
