David Morris' music career brought him to Nashville via the scenic route. Having spent time first in New York City then in Los Angles chasing a rap dream, Morris settled in Nashville in the 2010s and signed with Sony Music Publishing in 2022. His return to the South was a figurative return to his roots and marked a pivotal shift in his career. In 2019 he released the EP, Small Town Friday Night, fully previewing his new take on country rap for the first time. Since committing to his new sound, Morris has experienced commercial success with hits like "Does He Know About Us" and "Who Hurt You" from his 2020 debut album, Red, White & American Blues, as well as "Carrying Your Love" from his 2022 sophomore album Hometown Heartbreak. David puts on an incredible performance. He is extremely down to earth and all his songs have meaning. He will connect with you on the stage and off. This was our third show in 7 months. So far he has the ability for a meet and greet after his shows. He is very humble and just a good guy. Get out and support him. You won’t be disappointed.
Super enjoyed the show! David is so personable and really enjoys interacting with his fans, he is attentive to things happening the crowd, especially children! A good family’s show for the most part and 100% loved every second of it!
