Terrific show all around! His band is remarkable...all top notch musicians! David Garrett is a truly gifted, and has personality to boot. This is a must see show!

The seating at the Grove is great....I don't think there is a bad seat in the house. I have been To see David Garrett 3 years ago at the grove and the show was great... This time I thought it was boring no frills.....cheap show....He put nothing into it....cheap...cheap..the stage was horrible...I thought he performed and just wanted to leave.....nothing exciting about it. I was very very disappointed. I would not go see him again....ever...the show is better on PBS!!!!! Not worth the money!!!!

Loved the performance from start to finsih. His short stories between songs made the performance much more personal.

My sister and I saw David Garrett in concert on Jan. 23, 2014 at The Grove in Anaheim, CA. She is a fan, and I was a tag-a-long. David gives his all in every performance-- and his "all" is off the charts great. It was a tremendous show and I'm now a fan too. I can't say enough about how fun it was to see him live. There isn't a single note that he leaves unplayed when he picks up a violin.

He is a very talented musician. He inspired people from different age group.

David Garret is Amazing, Extraordinary, Prodigious!!! He is very talented. We can enjoy, in one concert, classical and contemporary music. He is very professional and shows that he cares about his audience. His band is formed by great musicians too.

I first saw David perform on KQED. Immediately added him to my Alerts for concerts. As soon as the tx came on sale, I bought 2. We were fortunate to acquire aisle seats, center, 5th row. City National Civic (formerly San Jose Civic) is a wonderful old theatre with good acoustics. Somewhat apprehensive to attend a concert on a weeknight (worknight). So glad I committed. Definitely worth staying up a little later than usual. David electrified the audience with his entrance, coming to the stage by walking down the aisle, through the main floor seating. And he ventured out again later in his performance. He is handsome, charming, gracious, a wonderful performer. My husband had not heard his music before and I was pleased to hear him clapping for long intervals after David and his accompaniment finished a number. This guy rocks. This guy has soul. When he played classics, it was beautiful. Vibrant sound, not too loud, good mixing. His musicians do quite a fine job. We were treated by his lead act, Martynas Levickis, an accordion player from Lithuania. I never knew an accordion could produce such a lovely sound. Cute kid, fetching and warm. I look forward to seeing David again. And Martynas. Undeniably unique and worthwhile way to spend an evening. The Civic is a great venue, small and rejuvenated in 2011. Verra' nice!

David Garrett is a beautiful violinist with a charming stage presence. He engaged the entire audience with a short story before each song. His rendition of Queen and Coldplay's songs left me wanting more. Wonderful concert can't wait until he returns to the bay area. He is a must see for all ages!

I found david to be fantastic musical talent. Raised on classical but deep down he is a rocker. so nice to see many musical jondras that he can turn into magnificent tunes. Can't wait to see him again.

Went with my grandson and a friend from Alaska to David's show in San Jose, and it was the high point of my decade! ;)
