  • Very funny

by McEd on 10/10/10Mahalia Jackson Theater of the Performing Arts - New OrleansRating: 4 out of 5

He opened the show with " the saints suck". Which got the crowd in an uproar. Lots of boos. He quickly got us all laughing though. A few things went a little too far but what do you expect. The show overall was very funny.

  • Better than expected!

I am a fan of both Tosh.0 and Daniel Tosh's stand up. Thought he would tell older jokes but he had all new material and just referenced the old ones. He opened and closed the show in a way that summed up his sense of humor which has almost no limits.

  • Would go again

Great material, played off of the audience well.......not afraid to insult the region, i.e. Saints joke, Katrina joke right out of the gate. We laughed our tails off!! Opening acts were funny as well.

  • F*** The Saints!

and with that opening line, Daniel Tosh showed us that nothing, and I mean NOTHING would be held back in his standup. Seriously best show I've seen in standup in a long time. All of his material, save a couple regulars from his "Completely Serious" tour - which were well placed, was completely original. A group of us made the trek from KC, and not one of us were disappointed. Daniel Tosh - you are amazing, and I hope to see you in KC sometime (even though we all know you hate the midwest ;-)).

  • Probably the hardest I've laughed in a long time

Daniel Tosh's stand up is wholly offensive to about 97% of the world, and that's why it's hilarious! His banter with most of the hecklers made it perfect!

Great show, crowd was not into it as much as my girl and I, we laughed are asses off.

Great performance, will definitely go see him again!

  • Glad I went, but not again...

by Anonymous on 10/10/10Mahalia Jackson Theater of the Performing Arts - New OrleansRating: 3 out of 5

The first opening act, Matt something, seemed drunk and down on himself. He was kinda funny, but not memorable. The second act, Jeremy Wren, was hilarious! I highly recommend that guy. As for Daniel Tosh, as most standup comics, he came across as a jerk. His jokes were funny but they lacked the playfulness of his Tosh.0 show that I love. It got kinda awkward towards the end when people kept heckling and Daniel kept checking his watch for when he could get off stage... Like my title says, I'm glad I went, but I probably won't spend $50 to go see Daniel Tosh again anytime soon.

  • Daniel Tosh rocked

Daniel Tosh's comedy performance was all that was expected and more. He was hillarious and entertaining and we would definitly recommend him to family and friends

  • Tosh and friends are hilarious!

Unlike some shows where you have to wait an hour before it even starts, the first comedian (Matt Fulchiron) came out about 10 minutes after they let people in to their seats. Matt was great and did a really good job warming the crowd up. After that, Jasper Redd came out and warmed us up even more. Then the man of the night, Mr. Daniel Tosh came out. He was absolutely hilarious. I've seen him live before and he delivers the funny every single time. If you have a chance to see him, I would DEFINITELY recommend it.

  • Daniel Tosh

You have to respect a guy that walks on stage in NOLA and the very first thing he says is "F#$% the Saints!" Tosh was awesome and worth every penny. My only regret is that I didn't get tickets to the second performance as well. GREAT, GREAT, GREAT!

Laughed non stop... Amazing live... Anyone that opens with a Katrina joke in New Orleans is at the top of my list.

  • Daniel Tosh is hilarious.

I've loved Daniel Tosh for a while now, and getting the opportunity to see him live was pretty amazing. It's definitely not a show for the easily offended, but his brand of irreverent humor is right up my alley.

  • Tosh crowd interruption

by Anonymous on 10/10/10Mahalia Jackson Theater of the Performing Arts - New OrleansRating: 4 out of 5

Over all Tosh was great. Though he was becoming annoyed with the audience and it was affecting him. But I was annoyed with them well before he was! People pay good money for these tickets, shut up and enjoy the show people!!

  • Big Ben is like Tim Tebow without Jesus

by Anonymous on 10/10/10Mahalia Jackson Theater of the Performing Arts - New OrleansRating: 5 out of 5

Absolutely hilarious!!!! Even the two opening acts were great. He is a fantastic comedian and well worth the price of admission.

  • Daniel Tosh- way surpassed my expectations!

This show had 2 opening comedians that were very funny, but then Daniel tosh was amazing! Much funnier than I expected, the best comedic performance I have seen! Well worth the money!

  • Love Daniel Tosh

As usual he was hilarious. I know he has his set routine but I would have liked a bit more "local" interaction but I guess us NOLA natives are spoiled like that. He was awesome!
