The show was all I expected. It started on time and almost 3 1/2 hours later it was time to go home. You laughed , you cried, you sang along. The songs are familiar for the most part, but even those that were unknown the often touched you. Daniel had an amazing wardrobe and seemed to thouroughly enjoy himself on stage. I can't wait to see him again.
Have watched on PBS and enjoyed thoroughly but wasn't prepared for three hours of pure energy and comedy and talent . I took my 94 year mother and she had tears in her eyes for a good portion of the show. I definitely go again and this time bring my husband because I know he would have loved the show!
This man is truly an excellent entertainer. He can dance; he can tell jokes that may be a little off-color, but the audience always laughed; and best of all, he can actually sing! No matter if it's his Irish songs, country songs, even Elvis. His change of costume is very tasteful, and the costumes match the music. He went into the audience to help celebrate birthdays and anniversaries, and by his demeaner he loves the oldsters! He's absolutely amazing. This is the first time I've attended one of his concerts but it won't be the last. My sister from Illinois attended with me. She's the one who introduced me to Danny through public television and she loves him. Thank you, Danny, for a truly entertaining evening.
What a performance. Daniel O'Donnell is an exceptional singer whether it is an Irish tune or rock n roll. With a 3 hr performance, you also get your money's worth. Wonderful ending with How Great Thou Art.
Daniel's concert was the best I have ever been to, truly, a treat of a lifetime. The way he makes the audience a part of his program is wonderful. I have never been to a concert where the entertainer makes conversing with his fans so much fun. I will definitely go again when he is within driving distance. Utterly thrilled!!
In a time where you are afraid to share watching a show with your children or grandchildren, this show was a TEN. Every age could have attended this show. I enjoyed the variety of music - country, rock & spiritual. His joke telling was another highlight and his corny comedy was so entertaining. I took my Mother without any great expectations that I would enjoy the show as much as she would. I was pleasantly surprised. Count us in for his return show in Milwaukee.

This show was a very classy affair. The music and singing was excellent. Sound system was at just the right level. The clothes of all involved was very profesional looking. The concert had two hour and a half sets with a break. A great value for the price of the ticket.. We also bought the 4 disc set of dvd's with 60 songs for $25, which is a real bargain. Will definetly go to the show again.
I went with my mother, her sister and 3 of their close friends. (all over 85) I was not expecting to enjoy the program as well as I did. Having grandparents from the same county in Ireland, it made it that special and a wonderful show. He is a true performer and one that I truly enjoyed. It was predominantly an older crowd and he woooed them like a master. Reading notes and letters sent to the show made more personal to the gal who was 101 and the 98 year young ladies. His quips and stories were I'm sure told before, but he told them was like the first time. Mary Duff was very good, but I don't think we need as much w/ her. I would have preferred just Danny.
We've seen Daniel a quite a few times. Never disappointed. He puts a show together like none other

Daniel O'Donnell read letters from people in the audience. I wish I would have know ahead of time. I took my mom for her birthday.
Daniel was great as usual. Even though his mother was sick it didn't keep Daniel from giving the performace of a life time. Daniel always includes his fans in his act and that shows Daniels human side. My friends and I traveled a couple of hundred of miles to see Daniel and we were not disapointed. We would do it again anytime.
the Daniel O'Donnell concert was fabulous!! I took my mother,who will be 89 years old in Dec-it was the first concert she has ever seen,and she just loved it. She watches him on pbs,as I do, and I bought her a cd and she puts it on and lays on her bed and just is so relaxed listening to his music. He has a wonderful personality and really connects with the audience and seems really genuine in all the songs he preforms. I especially enjoyed him singing How Great Thou Art,at the end of his show,as I love that song.
My husband and I are big fans of Daniel but this is the first time we have seen a live show. We had high expectations for the show and we were not disappointed. In fact, we were pleasantly surprised that it exceeded our expectations. We will certainly try to go to another show. Maybe it will be a little closer to where we live.
REALLY GREAT SHOW. DANIEL SEEMED TO BE HAVING A GREAT TIME HIMSELF. THE TIME JUST FLEW BY. WILL DEFINATELY SEE HIM AGAIN.
The facility was excellent with a large number of event assistance which made being seating stress free. O`Donnell is highly gifted as an entertainer and has a beautiful voice. He deserves all the awards he has received over these last 20 years. He was singing for over 3 hours with apparent ease and he danced around the stage like a 20 year old. His Irish step dance was a great inovation. At departure the next morning, he conversed with fans and signed autographs on the way to his bus. He was patient and very warm...that would be "homily" in Irish.The entire process from booking tickets to performance was a wonderful experience.
I went to Daniels concert and first of all the seats were very good. Second, he was the best, so down to earth and funny. I can see why he is so popular. He really interacted with the audience even came down to greet us as he sang. I also love Mary Duff those to together make you feel so happy. The very best concert I have ever attended. Def. will see him again. You GO DANIEL................
Daniel's concert was excellent. He is a terrefic showman with loads of audience interaction. His love of entertaining and feelings for all of his fellow artists on the stage was clearly evident.
His show is one of the best he knows who pays for the tickets and plays to the whole audiance as he strolled through the soverign center singing and shaking hands and giving out kisses he makes contact that is something big name professionals have forgotten.
