Comedy trailblazer and actor, Dane Cook, is known for his legendary stand-up comedy specials, unparalleled stage presence, and observational humor. He has released a number of record-breaking comedy specials including "Vicious Circle," "Isolated Incident," "Harmful if Swallowed," "Retaliation," "Tourgasm," and "Rough Around the Edges: Live from Madison Square Garden." In addition to stand-up comedy, he is known for his various acting roles in movies such as "Good Luck Chuck," "My Best Friend's Girl," "Dan in Real Life," "Employee of the Month," "Waiting..." and more. In October 2022, Cook released his latest comedy special, "Above It All," through the emerging platform, Moment, which quickly soared to the top of the comedy album charts. "Above It All," for which Cook reteamed with famed director, Marty Callner, debuted with an unforgettable premiere event at the World Famous TCL Chinese Theatre. Cook, originally from Arlington, Massachusetts, currently resides in Los Angeles with his fiancé, Kelsi Taylor.
I've seen quite a few comedy shows in my life. Dane Cook's show was the best I've ever seen. My cheeks actually hurt from laughing. I was also very impressed with Dane's storytelling. He has to be one of the best storytellers ever (Bruce Springsteen and Stephen King are in the same exclusive club). Great show!!!
I FEEL BAD TO SAY HE JUST WASN'T THAT FUNNY.. THE COMEDIAN BEFORE HIM WAS...
The venue was good. The first comedian was awkward and not funny. The second guy, Drew Dunn, was hilarious and is very talented. Dane Cook, headliner, was good, a little disappointing while doing his material. At the end, he started including the audience and was hilarious. He seemed to do better at improv than his actual material.
Opening act was horrible, second act was hilarious and dane cook was good towards the end when he started feeding off the crowd. He truly has a talent for improve but the written stuff was corny. Seating was tight and drinks We're expensive.
Had a great time. He still has it. Didn’t like that’s eh bar closed at 730. Drew Dune was funny.
OK , he works hard for jokes and sometimes hits the mark but he is just not a funny guy
The middle comedian stole the show from Dane Cook. Where were the jokes? It was all about your career and the past. (snore) A few funny bits, and then the disgusting comment about the whores and the smell. Dane Cook use to be one of the best, edgy and funny, sorry to say not this year.
The opening act Drew Dunn was hysterical. If it weren’t for him I would ask for my money back. Dane Cook was not funny.
Saw Dane twenty years ago and he was great. On this night he was not even remotely funny. Also the bars had to shut down via request of the comedian. Beers would have helped this performance. Opening Act struggled and the second opening act was hilarious.
A total money grab for him. Not funny and a waste of a night
First off the opening act was amazing very funny.. Dane cook there are no words just listening to his voice I die laughing, the way he tells his jokes are hilarious.. Last time 5 years ago we seen him and he was the best then.. Thanks Dane
I think my daughter was the only person under 20 yrs old but she loves Dane Cooks humor and we had the best time! Drew Dunn was also an amazing comic - so glad we got to see him perform as well! The only complaint was when I chose the seats they were shown as end seat and one seat in but that was not how they were and that sucked because my daughter wanted to sit at the end of the row!
The show was great! The opening comic was hilarious. Dane was hilarious as well. This was my first time seeing him live. Our seats were much closer than I thought so we had a good view. All in all, I'd definitely see him again.
I absolutely love Dane Cook and was looking forward to this new tour. I was very disappointed because he did the same material as he did a few years ago when I saw him there!
This was a great show! This is always a great venue. Dane kept us laughing the whole time!
Great show! Opening act was great and Dane Cook never lets you down when you need a good laugh and break from all the chaos of the daily drudgery!
Dane cook is still a comedic mastermind, we were hooked the whole show. Opening act- Drew Dunn was equally funny and for his first “big” gig, did amazing! The only issue we had was the venue: Mohegan Sun Arena- show started promptly at 8 and doors didn’t open until 730 with two longggg lines through the casino where people then had to wait in line for food/bev and barely or didn’t make it to their seats in time for showtime. Again, it was great to see Dane Cook just as funny as he always has been and we can’t wait to see him again!
He was not funny at all it was a recap of his life the opening act was so much better and funny he should of done the show
We bought tickets and found out once we got there, they didn't exist. We had to track down the Manager of the place to help find seats for the 4 of us. they seats were so small and we were so high up in the Arena. very disappointed that I was sold seats that didn't exist.
Opening act was awesome. Mohegan Sun is awesome. Dane Cook was horrible. Not funny and it was hard to stay awake. I wasted a lot of money going to his show. So disappointed.
