Good show
by StMang on 5/22/17Center Stage Theater - AtlantaRating: 4 out of 5The Center Stage Theater is a wonderful venue to see a performance. I've been there a few times. Damien Escobar is a great violinist and I enjoyed hearing him play live very much. It was a little corny at times as it seemed he was trying to make females in the audience swoon. That got a lil annoying and took away from his talent and wonderful music. At around 11pm he grabbed a bunch of roses and decided to present women who went to the stage a rose for their very own. I left before he handed them all out. As a musician he's great. Would recommend him to anyone who appreciates those blessed with musical gifts. The added parts to his show however are unfortunate and take away from the performance. Enjoyed the show overall though and would recommend it. Great musician and he had several moments where he was personable and seemed genuine. His opening act Bobbi Storm is amazing. I hoped she would have joined him on stage for a few songs. She has a beautiful, pure voice. They would make a great combo on stage.
