Dallas Cowboys Team History

The Dallas Cowboys have been led by star coaches dating back to 1960, when the franchise, then headed by Tom Landry, joined the NFL. Over the course of 29 years, Landry led the Cowboys to two Super Bowl titles, five Super Bowl appearances, five NFC Championships, 13 division titles, and 20 consecutive winning seasons. Following Landry’s tenure, the team has won three more Super Bowls in the 1992 (XXVII), 1993 (XXVIII), and 1995 (XXX) seasons.

The Cowboys have also produced stellar players, including Emmitt Smith — who led the team to win three conference championships — and Michael Irvin, who was the previous leader in all receiving categories.

    Boring

    by ricky75034 on 8/26/17Ford Center - Frisco

I was highly disappointed. It was my very first and probably last time ever going to another Cowboy training camp. I am a true Cowboy fan. My father played the team in the 70s. There was no excitement. There was no interactions with the players. I believe that the fans should have more access with the players since the fans is paying their salary. We are the ones who pack the stadium and buy all their gear. It was just a sad setting period.

    First Frisco Open Training Camp...meh!

    by BigJay72 on 8/25/17Ford Center - Frisco

Great to see practice. Extremely disappointed that it became open to everyone and even more disappointed that at the first open camp at their home facility in their home town...only (2) players stayed after to sign autographs! I watched many players on tv in Oxnard spend a considerable amount of time each day signing...shame on these players! Very uncharacteristic of Jerry Jones and TDC.

    Great!

by RightRob on 8/24/17Ford Center - Frisco

Great event! Small enough venue that you could actually see the players and identify them. Lots of fun, easy to get there, park and walk to Ford Center. Unfortunately, I bought tickets before they became free. Not that expensive but still, a cost I didn't need!

    Training Camp 2017...

by Anonymous on 8/24/17Ford Center - Frisco

As always, Jerry outdid himself with this place.. If you haven't had the chance to visit this place in person, well worth it. Great seeing The Boyz practicing at home...

    The STAR shines...

by SUUZZIEQQ on 8/24/17Ford Center - Frisco

Dallas Cowboys training camp at the Ford Center at The Star in Frisco. Great opportunity to see the players up close in the North Dallas area. The Ford Center, The Tostito's Plaza and The Star are just another example of how Jerry Jones (like him or hate him) and his family are committed to doing everything FIRST CLASS! Some great restaurants open/opening soon to add to the experience.

Best NFL Game I've ever witnessed in person

    by Bombs84 on 1/18/17AT&T Stadium - Arlington

I had SRO party pass for Packers v. Cowboys playoff game. Got there 3 hours before kickoff and waited in line for about an hour to get in the stadium. It's first come first serve and was able to stand behind only 1 other person on the railing. Great view when people with seats in front were seated. Had to watch video board when they were standing. Recommend going up one level to the staircase for great view if you arrive early like I did. I can't complain paying $100 a ticket while the people right in front of me with seats paid $500-$700 a ticket. SRO area was not over crowded. I came with 3 friends and we were able to rotate out to get beer and use the restroom without losing our spot. There weren't any fights or rowdy people near me so the experience was great even as a Packer fan. Better luck next year Cowboys. Go Pack Go!!!
