About

Cypress Hill has long represented the will of the people. With over 18 million albums sold worldwide, the Los Angeles trio of rappers B -Real, Sen Dog and producer DJ Muggs have continued to push rap's boundaries since their inception in the early 90s.

With their eponymous debut album in 1991, B -Real and Sen Dog established themselves as one of rap's most potent duos. Their creative phrasing, distinctive voices and graphic subject matter, coupled with DJ Muggs' atmospheric, piercing and dusty beats, propelled the trio to international superstar status.

In 2010 Cypress Hill will release their 8th studio album, ‘Rise Up' produced by Tom Morello of Rage Against The Machine, and featuring the talents of Pete Rock, Daron Malakian, Mike Shinoda, Apathy, Pitbull, Marc Anthony and more. ‘Rise Up' is the trio's first release under the Snoop Dogg administration at Priority Records.

As the years have passed, the crew's dynamic stage show - bolstered in 1994 by the addition of percussionist Eric Bobo (also of Beastie Boys fame) - has evolved into one of raps most polished, as such intense tunes, ‘Insane In The Brain', ‘Rock Superstar', ‘How I Could Just Kill A Man', ‘We Ain't Goin' Out Like That', ‘Lick A Shot' and ‘Real Estate' translated perfectly to the stage. Given this reality, it's little surprise that Cypress Hill remain a major concert draw, even when they take time off between albums.

In 2010 Cypress Hill bring that legendary live show to Australia for a national tour and to headline the Coaster Festival at Gosford, on the NSW Central Coast.

Rise Up is in store now through Priority Records and EMI Australia.

  • Suprised!

by Ck on 3/12/19Masonic Cleveland Auditorium - ClevelandRating: 5 out of 5

Hollywood Undead was amazing...of course. I had expected Cypress Hill to be just kind of old and trying to hang onto the fame from the past. I WAS SO WRONG!!! The show was awesome! Im 100% happy with the west coast high tour! If you can see it...DO IT!

  • Hollywood undead and Masonic temple

    by A. M. on 3/12/19Masonic Cleveland Auditorium - ClevelandRating: 5 out of 5

I loved the Masonic temple! The sound was so great! Staff was super friendly as well, the merch guy for HU was great. I got a shirt that was far too big and he let me exchange it. Loved the show, thank you!

  • It was ok

    by Vblaze71 on 3/12/19Masonic Cleveland Auditorium - ClevelandRating: 3 out of 5

Hollywood undead was great. BUT the music override the vocals. The lights also made it hard at times to see the singers. Plus could of had more than hour of hollywood singing. After all drove 4 hours to see them and just for an hour. But other than that hollywood was great.

  • Meh

by E. on 2/25/19House of Blues Dallas presented by Cricket Wireless - DallasRating: 3 out of 5

Tbh i only went for HU and since they werent headlining their show felt rushed and as if they didnt want to be there. Sucks cause i love them but this show was meh. Venue of course was great as always (except one time) drink are over priced per usual. So 3 stars it is.

  • Venue sucked, show was fine

by Traci on 2/25/19House of Blues Dallas presented by Cricket Wireless - DallasRating: 1 out of 5

I never saw any staff on the balcony the entire show. Half the people up there had GA tickets and every time someone with a ticket would get up to use restroom or get a drink...their seat would be taken immediately. People were standing in walkways and aisles the entire show. Ads were playing on both screens during Hollywood Undead when they were billed as co-headliners which was distracting.

  • CYPRESS HILL ROCKED IT !

by CONCERTADDICT1969 on 1/30/18The Fillmore Silver Spring - Silver SpringRating: 5 out of 5

THESE GUYS WERE ON MY BUCKET LIST NEVER WENT TO SEE THEM IN THEIR HEYDAY. THEY HAVE NOT MISSED A BEAT JUST AS GOOD AS ON THE RECORDS ONLY COMPLAINT SHOW WAS ONLY 1 HOUR AND 15 MINUTES OTHER THAN THAT IT WAS A PERFECT NIGHT WILL GO AGAIN IF YOU HAVE NOT SEEN THESE GUYS I SUGGEST YOU GO NEXT TIME THEY COME TO YOUR TOWN AS THEY DONT TOUR AS OFTEN AS THEY USED TO.

  • A lot of filler, but still worth it

by Rezree on 11/6/17The Fillmore Silver Spring - Silver SpringRating: 3 out of 5

There was a long section in the middle of the set where they split the audience in half and had us yell at each other and make rude gestures. Often they played medley's of their hits rather than the full tunes. I would have been happier with more music and less 'audience participation'. The "Stand More" (Fillmore) is not my favorite venue - the sound quality is just ok and there is zero seating. But on the whole this show was still worthwhile to attend, and was a fun "old school" evening.

  • It's PARTY TIME!

by Goodwood1 on 11/4/17The Fillmore Silver Spring - Silver SpringRating: 5 out of 5

This review is from the perspective of a 56 year old white dude from Washington DC. The range of age and race at this show was all over the board. They were people there in their 20's and their 60s. I mention this only because in the days leading up to the show as I was listening to their stream on Spotify, I thought that this show could go either way. Kind of like aren't we a little too old for this, or holy hell, these guys are still on fire. Well, if you're on the fence about seeing Cypress Hill live, get off the fence and buy those damn tickets. These guys are first class entertaininers who know how to get the crowd jumping. From the second they hit the stage every person in that building knew that this party was going to be off the chain. Even some of the songs that were not in their catalog were fantastic and delivered seamlessly with all of the other classics that made them one of the dankest hip hop groups of their time. When one of the songs was dedicated to all of the fools who decided not to come out and see the show, the place thundered with shouts of agreement. Get yourself a ticket and don't forget to get one for your best bud. This show is all about sharing with your best buds!

  • Cypress Hill

by Ckes on 5/2/16House of Blues Dallas - DallasRating: 5 out of 5

This event was awesome! One of the best shows I've seen at this venue. Just as good as Snoop or Ice Cube which I've seen both at this venue. I would go again.

  • Cypress always brings it

by Streycat on 4/27/16Bill Graham Civic Auditorium - San FranciscoRating: 4 out of 5

Good show, I would have preferred they started a little earlier and played longer as they did not come on until about 11:00 PM. The played for about an hour but of course they rocked it throughout that hour

  • Berber presents hippie hill was priceless!!!

by Kkfromdabay on 4/26/16Bill Graham Civic Auditorium - San FranciscoRating: 5 out of 5

The entire show from start to finish was amazing. The guy on stage painting Mac Dre was an extra treat for sure. On top of the goodies thrown into the crowd. I feel like Berner killed it. Also Juicy J. But like I said everyone was great. The best show I've been to. :) I loveeeeeddd it. Support Bern. Get there early it's worth it!!!.

  • Leaving during Cypress?!?!

by KellyWS on 4/23/16Bill Graham Civic Auditorium - San FranciscoRating: 4 out of 5

What's wrong with with you people?! More than half the crowd left as legendary Cypress Hill performed on Wednesday 4/20. They rocked it as usual and a lot of y'all missed the f out. Over all great concert though! Berner an Juicy J tore it up.
