No Upcoming Concerts
We're sorry, but we couldn't find any upcoming concerts for Curren$y. Please check back soon.
New Orleans rapper Curren$y is one of the hardest-working men in the business, with seven albums, half a dozen EPs, and 18 mixtapes all released within the last six years. His fifth album "The Stone Immaculate" debuted in 2012 as No. 2 on Billboard's Top R&B/Hip-Hop and Rap charts. Working alongside some of the top talent in the rap world, he spits intricate rhymes full of clever wordplay, all with the kind of relaxed attitude that tells you he could keep going all day long and then he lays a killer jazz-funk beat over the top. On stage, Curren$y has an easy, down-to-earth charisma. He even brings the crowd in on it, with lots of audience participation and free swag given out. It makes the whole thing feel like you just bought a ticket for a party at Curren$y’s house. It's the same on Curren$y's albums, where he invites some of rap's heaviest hitters to the party, including Wiz Khalifa for their joint 2013 EP, "Live In Concert," and Lil Wayne and Birman, who show up on Curren$y’s latest single "442." He often tours with Smoke DZA, Fiend, Street Wiz, and the other members of his Jet Life rap collective.
Curren$y first came into the limelight in 2001, when signed to his friend C-Murder’s Tru Records. As part of the 504 Collective, he was featured on the song “Get Back.” Then, he joined Lil Wayne for “Grown Man,” on Wayne's best-selling album, "Tha Carter II." Curren$y's first solo single was 2006's “Where da Cash At,” and since then it's been a steady stream of albums and EPs, as well as a ton of unofficial mixtapes released for free. With concerts lined up in December 2013, Curren$y is looking to end the year with a bang

Curren$y put on an amazing show and we all had a great time. Great vibes, he engaged with the crowd and I cant wait til his next show!
Curren$y will forever be the best concert I have been to. It was such a pleasure
Curren$y is my favorite rapper so I'm 100% biased, but he killed it!!!
How do I voice my concerns with not receiving my VIP perks due to the venue poor communication other than that the show was GREAT
The concert was amazing. I had an excellent time. The performers were great. The venue was good. The merchandise was on point. It was an unforgettable night. I can't wait for the next event.
Totally enjoyed it, can't wait till he comes back to town
Center Stage was a great venue and the staff was super
The Fillmore was a beautiful venue. This was my first concert in NOLA. I will come back for sure. Spitta put on an amazing concert as always. I've seen him in Dallas plenty of times but this was a great hometown performance to witness.
The opening acts were okay, but the sound was not very good until Curren$y came on. This year was definitely not as tight of a show as last year which flowed well and was timely... this year Curren$y didn't come on till about 11pm... that was a whole lot of standing around, drinking and waiting with no where to sit unless you paid extra. The Curren$y show itself was amazing but his set was a bit short. All in all had a great time once Spitta took the stage. Last year was 5 stars for me this year 4 stars... and I'll probably not go next year after all that waiting around
