Crowded House on Tour

Crowded House are a multi-platinum-selling Australian rock band who gained fame following their 1986 smash hit "Don't Dream It's Over," which has become one of the most covered songs of the last 20 years. Artists who have covered the song include Paul Young, Sixpence None the Richer, Stan Walker, and The Head and the Heart. These songs and the many that came after continue to resonate with audiences around the world decades later. After releasing their seventh studio album, 2021's Dreamers Are Waiting, Crowded House headed out on a North American tour, with international dates planned as well. The band's new album -- their first since 2011 -- and tour features founding members Neil Finn and Nick Seymour along with producer/keyboardist Mitchell Froom, guitarist and singer Liam Finn, and drummer Elroy Finn. Don't miss your chance to hear these classic songs, and new material, live. Get tickets to see Crowded House when they come to a city near you.

Crowded House Live in Concert

Formed in Melbourne, Australia, in 1985 from the ashes of New Zealand's Split Enz by Neil Finn, Paul Hester and Nick Seymour, Crowded House released their self-titled debut album in 1986 on Capitol Records and went on to international success with hits "Don't Dream It's Over" and "Something So Strong." The first iteration of Crowded House was active from 1985 until 1996 and released four studio albums to much success worldwide. Audiences around the world were coming out in droves to see the band for their freewheeling and interactive live shows. The original lineup performed their legendary Farewell to the World concert in 1996 at the Sydney Opera House before 150,000 fans. In 2007, following the passing of original member Paul Hester, Finn and Seymour got Crowded House back together again with longtime touring member Mark Hart and new drummer Matt Sherrod. Their new album, Intriguer, was released in 2010, their last album before 2021's Dreamers Are Waiting. In 2016, Crowded House was inducted into the ARIA Hall of Fame and during that same time brought back their Farewell shows for four nights of live performances at the Sydney Opera House.

  • Beautiful night!

by Gracie on 10/1/24Vina Robles Amphitheatre - Paso RoblesRating: 5 out of 5

Have loved Crowded House and Neil Finn through the decades. Wonderful energy between band and fans, great set list and as always, a performance that never disappoints. He’s still got it.

  • Stellar show

by Lee on 10/1/24Vina Robles Amphitheatre - Paso RoblesRating: 5 out of 5

The band was in fine form, loose but well rehearsed at the end of the tour. Neil’s voice was so strong and clear and his sons Liam and Elroy brought an added dimension to the old material and a fresh energy to the new songs. Great venue in Vina Robles and the opening band Amble was well received and entertaining. Straight from Ireland!

  • Spectacular Show

by Kimmie on 10/1/24Vina Robles Amphitheatre - Paso RoblesRating: 5 out of 5

Absolutely spectacular show! Loved every minute of it. Fantastic opening song "Recurring Dream", which kept the show moving at the same vibe throughout and that was explosive with a really great freshness. We, as the audience, were kept at the edge over seats waiting for the next lovely surprise to happen. "Night Song"from the new album "Gravity Stairs"was Scrumptious in the first degree. It will be hard to wait for them to come around again on another tour.

  • Amble & Crowded House

by Fred on 10/1/24Vina Robles Amphitheatre - Paso RoblesRating: 4 out of 5

Excellent show, Amble was great. Crowded House technicians, please turn down the bass next time! I want to hear Neil Finn singing and not feel the bass thumping off my chest.

  • Number 2 on my top favorite concerts over the years

    by Vinnie45 on 9/26/24Hayden Homes Amphitheater - BendRating: 5 out of 5

I was expecting a larger crowd but, in the words of Goldilocks, it was just right. An intimate feeling, a lot of crowd interaction, just a special night. I never heard Amble before. They are top notch. Crowded House still rocks it. Thank you.

  • totally unbiased review of my favorite band of life

by Lala on 9/25/24Chateau Ste Michelle Winery - WoodinvilleRating: 5 out of 5

what a magical show! I have seen Crowded House several times, in its various iterations, since 1991 and every show is like being at a party with a charming and gracious host (Neil Finn) and the best music you could ask for. this show was no exception. as we left after it was over, even the lovely employees of the venue commented on what a great time it was. and the venue was beautiful and scenic (having seats down near the front was a bonus). the band sound amazing, it was clear they were having fun and the audience was, too. so grateful to have experienced the live CH magic again!

  • Fantastic experience

by DL on 9/25/24Hayden Homes Amphitheater - BendRating: 5 out of 5

The concert was one of the best I’ve ever attended. The sound was excellent. The band puts on an amazing show as always. I saw them in 1990. Needless to say, the vibe was not the same, but this concert was just as fantastic. Great selection of old and new songs, even reaching back to the Split Enz days. I’d go again in a heartbeat.

  • Great experience

by DL on 9/25/24Hayden Homes Amphitheater - BendRating: 5 out of 5

I was a little worried when, days before the concert, I received a notice that my tix had been cancelled. Later that day, I received new tickets; we were to be seated center stage in Row 2. I’ve never had such good seats before, and it was amazing. The concert was fabulous in a wonderful setting. I could hardly be happier with the entire event.

  • Amazing show, criminally under attended

by Wyro on 9/25/24Hayden Homes Amphitheater - BendRating: 5 out of 5

The song craft and performance quality surprised even this attendee. I’ve been on board with Crowded House since day 1, as well as Split Enz, but had no concept of how well all these years later 25 of their songs as a set could be performed musically so effortlessly, and emotionally so powerfully. I truly hope they have more tours in them. Thank you!

  • Great show!!

by KP on 9/25/24Hayden Homes Amphitheater - BendRating: 5 out of 5

Crowded House was a bucket-list concert for me and they did not disappoint! They played everything I wanted to hear, and I was especially excited about the two Split Enz tunes. One of the best shows I’ve seen!

  • Fabulous!

by Ozred on 9/25/24Hayden Homes Amphitheater - BendRating: 5 out of 5

I grew up with Crowded House and they didn't disappoint! Neil Finn is still in fine voice and led the band for a fabulous evening of old favorites. The crowd loved them and sand along to Wrather With You and Better Be home Soon. An outstanding show!

  • Crowded House @Chateau Ste Michelle

This was an outstanding event. Crowded House absolutely rocked, the venue was amazing and the night was perfect. We will definitely do this again and I really hope Crowded House comes back soon. It was truly memorable and just a ton of fun.

  • one of the best shows i've ever seen!

by strangeleannimal on 9/24/24Chateau Ste Michelle Winery - WoodinvilleRating: 5 out of 5

as much as i love their music, their banter is just as enjoyable. liam's epic shenanigans were the highlight!

  • Crowded House was phenomenal

by Patrick Robinson on 9/24/24Chateau Ste Michelle Winery - WoodinvilleRating: 3 out of 5

The show itself was brilliant by any measure. Even the band thought so. It does make me wonder however about the Venue itself. No "standing"tables when they charge you $50 for two sandwiches? and then the dubious practice of an unlimited amount of wine for an event that ends at 10pm then spills THOUSANDS of inebriated people out on to the roads at the same time. That's just foolish. But I'd pay MORE to see the band.. I doubt i would go back to Chateau Ste. Michelle simply because it's not a good value for the money spent. Oh and those sandwiches? had to throw most of it away since trying balance a paper bowl on your lap while eating a very messy sandwich is simply not possible.

  • Still Amazing after all these years!

by David L. on 9/24/24Chateau Ste Michelle Winery - WoodinvilleRating: 5 out of 5

Convenient parking, lovely stroll through the winery, no wait at the entrance, streamlined security, unbelievable wine selection, excellent unobscured seats and phenomenal music!

  • AMAZING SHOW

Crowded House always brings it - humor, amazing music, Neil's perfect voice, and a great catalog of songs both old and new.

  • Unforgettable night

by CanKiwi girls on 9/24/24Chateau Ste Michelle Winery - WoodinvilleRating: 5 out of 5

My three daughters absolutely loved the concert. They grew up in NZ listening and loving CH. We travelled from Canada to attend the concert, a first for the 4 of us. Unfortunately, I ended up sick and had to stay in the hotel but the night was extremely special for them. Many old memories surfaced and now many new ones to cherish. I loved the videos and stories that they shared of their night with you. Thank you for the wonderful night of singing and epic “kiwi” humour!! Crowded House will always be our favorite kiwi band. Ste Michelle Winery is a beautiful venue and we look forward to coming again.

  • Crowded House was fantastic!

by Lis D on 9/24/24Chateau Ste Michelle Winery - WoodinvilleRating: 4 out of 5

Amble and Crowded House were fantastic! Venue was beautiful. The price for food and drink was absolutely outrageous!! Some of the worst price gouging I have ever seen! $17 for A can of beer. If I was giving a review based on the venue alone it would be a 2 star review.

  • Crowded House

  • Crowded House Rocked It!

by Jackie J on 9/19/24The Ledge Amphitheater - Waite ParkRating: 5 out of 5

Excellent concert! CH was fabulous, fun, personable, and played my favorite song at the end of their encore. The venue was superb and the weather outstanding! A perfect evening and well worth the trip from the Twin Cities.
