Credit One Charleston Open Tickets

The only negative, and the reason for 4 stars, was the rows of people in front and behind us that talked constantly—even during the points. At some points they even yelled out during the point. Being at the top of section 208, I kept hoping the attendants would ask them to be quieter. It was bothersome to us as we tried to focus on the tennis. With that, we cannot wait to come back next year for our 3rd year in a row. It’s a magnificent venue and tournament.

From the qualifiers to the championship match there was plenty of excitement to be found. Even the practice courts were fun to watch. Everything was very accessible and convenient from parking to departure.

We came to this event for a few days last year. We thought it was an extremely well run event and we throughly enjoyed it, so much so, that we came back this year and watched even more matches. This year was a disappointment, however. THE PARKING SITUATION WAS ABSOLUTELY MISERABLE!!! Whoever planned the parking did not seem to have a clue as to how many people were coming. How could this be? We were continually routed from lot to lot in creeping traffic until we finally showed up at a lot that had open slots. I do not anticipate coming back next year because of this hassle. If I do, I'll buy more expensive tickets and pay for higher priority parking which I resent being forced into by inadequate planning

The Charleston Open offers a beautiful setting, wonderful atmosphere, great food and, of course excellent tennis. It is an event I look forward to every year and it never disappoints.

I love everything about this tournament, starting with the venue to each tennis match. It’s a terrific tournament, and I just love every moment of it. The quality of the play is exceptional as is the entire venue, the food and the surrounding grounds. Everyone who works to make this the great tournament that it has become, is top notch. I can’t wait for next year!

It’s a fabulous venue and a very well run tournament. You don’t have to be a huge tennis fan - there is something for everyone, I have attended the tournament the last few years and have never had a problem with parking,…until this year. Thus the 3-stars. I have to wonder if they contracted a new company to handle the parking.

Daniel Island itself is beautiful as is Charleston. This tournament is very well done. The facilities are gorgeous, they attract top level pros, and the fan experience is great. The only criticism I have is that the partial roof/awning on center court creates odd shadows on the court. Perhaps find a different way to shade the expensive seats? What fun to attend this tournament though. Thoroughly enjoyed!

We attended Thursday day matches and parked close to the stadium and everything at the tournament was fabulous and we saw our favorite players play! Overall, great day with the exception of the heavy traffic going in and out of Charleston to drive to Aiken, SC!

I attend this well organized tennis tournament every year. Beautiful venue, great food & even better tennis!

Doors should be closed when the performance begins. Too many late comers interrupted my experience (and others) by trying to find their seats. Only allow entrance between songs!!

I really enjoyed this tennis tournament! The venue was very pretty. My recommendation for changes are to set up an Uber lot for drop off and pick ups and to provide more variety of food. I hope to be coming back many more years!

Everyone is so nice. Easy to watch from almost anywhere in the stadium. Great tennis. Althea Gibson stadium is the best place for being close and seeing what it really takes to be such a fine athlete that I've ever experienced. Nice places to wander around. Ushers do a good job. Seems like whoever runs this does so with a great attitude that is reflected all the way through. We look forward to next year!

The live entertainment was enjoyable. The vibes were good. People were friendly. Overall it was fun. I am planning to return next year! The only downside is there are no ramps or elevators for handicaps.

The overall experience was excellent, however the bag policy is ridiculous! We got sent back to the parking lot by a shuttle which cost us an hour. The guy earlier let us on the bus with my girlfriend’s cocktail purse. Not sure what they’re worried about because there was metal detectors and people checking bags at the entrance???

Management kept postponing play due to rain. We were to get email notifications when changes made but that didn't happen and had to keep checking website. When play finally began our tickets could be used for "nose bleed"section. Wish we'd have known that earlier!

We had a wonderful time watching great women tennis at Daniel Island. The venue is small but very convenient and beautiful.

This is GREAT venue for watching tennis. The management was very helpful with the rain out by allowing the tickets to be used at future sessions.

There needs to be more non-alcoholic beverage options and water refill stations.
