What an Awesome Concert! I can't believe it's taken this long for Crack The Sky to finally start getting the breaks they truly deserve! Their music and performance are absolutely top notch!
Bands were wonderful as always. Fair attendance. Good weather & great time was had by all. As for the venue ... stale popcorn, cardboard pizza, cold pretzels & hotdogs were available.
Amazing musicians, a great band and show. Want to see them again!
The bands were all amazing. I loved how some of the performers wore their Red,White, and Blue proudly. A bit disappointment in Crack the Sky. Maybe we should have listened to their new songs. Wished they would have played the songs that made them popular! Go back to their roots. All in all, we had a great time!!
The band really ramped it up for this show, John's voice was spot on, Rick's guitar on top as ever & they really looking like they were having fun. New CD = fresh blood into the group (nothing wrong with the old blood either) Cant forget Dave, Joey, Glen & Bobby either. The MECU Pavilion squished the seats far too tight (take note venue) the leg room was unbearably short. No need to jam the rows that close.
jCrack the Sky is still one of the most together bands to see play on stage. Even with equipment problems they still managed to "wow" the hardcore Crack fans in attendance. They played just about every song I wanted to hear. Plus it was for a great cause to help out the veterans that served us all.
Great concert! Opening band wasn't bad. Very enjoyable. The music rocked, but wasn't so loud that you couldn't hear for 2 days! Standing for 4 hours was a bit of a pain, but otherwise, the facility was great. No one bothered you. Everyone seemed to enjoy the venue. HIGHLY recommend!!
Poor John Palumbo was either stoned or senile. The rest of the band rocked! He forgot the words to two songs and had someone up front hold up a cheat sheet with the words. He didn't make it back to the microphone in time twice. But as I said the rest of the band more than made up for it.
