Country 102.5's Street Party Tickets

The concert wasn't really what I expected after how highly Street Party is talked about by Country 102.5. There wasn't any kind of instruction regarding how to get into the concert. Lines were wrapped around Lansdowne Street and everyone was questioning what the line was for. No one got instruction until they got up to the front of the line where there was finally staff hanging around. We waited in line for 2 hours and once we got to the front, so many people were just walking up to the front and blending into the line so we really waited for nothing and we also missed the first 2 acts. The crowd was also terrible. You couldn't move when people were trying to get by and I'm surprised people didn't fall over. There should be a drink tent closer to the stage so that people don't have to barge through the entire crowd to get the tents in the back. There should also be more trash buckets around because people would just put their trash on the ground so they didn't have to lose their spot in the crowd. Bottom line, I would recommend this concert for the show, but when it comes to any instruction/set up/crowd, I wouldn't recommend it.

Incredible concert with great artists, great price!

It was an awesome experience, a bit tight and hectic at times. But the artists were amazing. Mainly wanted to see Dylan Scott, Paslay, Darius Rucker

People would walk right around the line to get in.

Get there early, line was fairly long when we arrived at 12:45. Venue was nice! The line up was great & the schedule was followed very well. Wish Jessie James Decker played longer!

way too many people for landsdown ... felt like a big cattle call ... even the event staff were complaining ... 2 lines going in controlling massive crowd and with the beer concessions (not enough of them!) off to the right and left their lines were shooting across landsdown while people are trying to go up and down landsdown ... horrible design and not well thought out at all ... too small of a space for a concert .... sound was awful .. why not run a few mounted speakers up and down the street to carry the sound and many folks probably would have been happy just hanging at top of street listening to music .. could barely hear the music at top of street where you enter security lines .. would not recommend and would not go back again nor would the other 3 seasoned concert goers in my group ...

They did it again over the top fun and entertaining was even better than Street Party 1!

Was super excited for the event. We assumed it would be packed as they were having a second so it must have been a huge hit the first time. It was wayyyy over sold. The line just to get in we waited in for 2 hours easily and we were towards the front! Once inside it was so packed you couldn't even move or get close to the stage. We ended up eating in one of the local restaurants just to get away from the crowd. We would have not minded paying more to actually be able to move. Not worth the trip out. If they were to do it again and sell to less people it might be a different story.

Such a fun idea and great location but unfortunately just way oversold. We were at the corner of Landsowne and Brookline Ave after waiting in line for an hour...couldn't even reach the ticket entry location as it was just a solid mass of people all the way down the street to the stage. We headed around the corner and got some food and drinks for about 2 hours and returned to find it much less crowded, but the concert was winding down (caught the end of Midland). Again, great idea and fun bands but you need to limit ticket sales.

Worst organized street party by far. Waited 2 hours in line to get in. Missed the first 2 performers. Very over crowded. Hopefully they will learn from this mistake.

It was the best time I had ever I will always buy again

The idea of this concert is great. But it was poorly executed. I understand that only paying $30 for a concert implies that it probably won't be the best concert experience. But this event was out of control. It took almost 2 hours just to get into the event (only 4 people checking tickets???). The sound quality was also poor. Sound did not carry well on the street so I could barely hear the musicians. And it was impossible to get within hearing distance. Giving this event 2 stars because Darius Rucker was great, and I understand that I only paid $30 for it. But overall I would not go back to this event, nor would I recommend it.

We had so much fun at the Street Party, it was a day well spent and so much music for such a cheap ticket! Really had the best time!

We were so excited for a new experience at the street concert on Landsdown, however were sadly disappointed. The performers were amazing (when you could hear them) and a great line up!! The down side was the environment.. we showed up very early and still waited in a 3 hour line just to get half way down the street where you could not even hear the singers. We missed the first two performances because of the unorganized entrance. Also, the music did not amplify loud enough to hear them if you stayed back away from the mob scene or sat outside at the bar. We sat at a bar to have a drink on landsdown but could only hear the restaurants country playlist not the live music... it was very disappointing. I would not recommend this event if you’re interested in hearing the music, I suggest attending a real country “concert” instead!

The line/wait to get into the concert was incredible long and very slow moving. Nothing was organized and none of the employees seemed to care about moving things along. Once inside it was okay, but really crowded and poorly laid out. Definitely won't be going back next year.

There seemed to be a lack of event staff and planning. The line to get in was not well managed and we missed the first performer as a result. Inside Landsdowne no lines had been set up so there was no way to navigate through crowds. Should have had more screens and speakers so you could have used the whole street and not been squished by the stage.

The event wasn’t organized, arrived on time and took 3 and a half hours to get in and missed half the acts. No organization of the crowd, people pushing and fighting, everyone crammed into a small space, worst event I have ever been too. Do not suggest it, will be trying to get my money back.

I absolutely love the idea behind street party and the fact that they shut down Lansdowne Street to host it! However...Street Party gets SO overly crowded that it’s nearly impossible to move at times. Trying to get from the security entrance into a bar at the other end of the street took nearly 40 minutes of inching my way through a crowd. We all felt like sardines and it was claustrophobic. If you aren’t super tall, good luck seeing anything either. I LOVE Country 102.5 and they always have great artists at their Street Parties. I’ve been to multiple, but if you don’t find yourself a really good/strategic place to stand to watch the show it’s really not worth attending in my opinion. Street Party would be great if it wasn’t so crowded, but I highly doubt they’ll cut back on ticket sales...

This was the worst executed event I have ever been to. We missed the first two and a half acts because the line to get in was over two hours. Not only that, it wasn’t even a line just a mob of people trying to run to the front. There was only three people checking IDs and letting people in which was what caused the delays. Once you get in there, you can’t get anywhere remotely near the stage because it’s all VIP. You are essentially forced to go into a bar where you can’t even hear the music you paid for anyway. Hands down the worst event I have ever been toz
