  • Extremely obscured seats not marked as such

by Fan who wants to see basketball on 7/18/25TD Garden - BostonRating: 1 out of 5

I had seats that were priced as if they should be highly desirable, but they were actually terrible. Extremely disappointing experience. Definitely the worst ever relative to the price. I expected that by sitting in the front row behind a team bench (not "courtside"), there could be obstruction from players and staff, but the situation was dramatically worse than this. Even when every coach and player was seated, the view was extremely obscured, such as by Gatorade coolers and things stacked on top of those coolers. I would have happily stood for the whole game, but before the game started, the usher assigned to the section warned my party that we were not allowed to stand unless it was a situation where the whole arena was standing. In the best seat of my party's set of four, I could see about one-third of the court. From the worst seat of the four, it was much worse. I have bought similar seating at three other arenas and the view was immeasurably better because that type of "front row"is raised from the floor by one step. Be weary of spending a lot to see a game at TD Garden.

  • Best Game EVAH!

  • Everything I expected

by JLDSENIOR on 7/9/25Mohegan Sun Arena - UncasvilleRating: 5 out of 5

It was easy to find seats. There were a lot of tables set up in the arena for upcoming events and random vendors. It was very cold inside, so bring a long sleeve or hoodie if you don't like the cold. The energy in the arena was good. They tossed a lot of shirts out to the crowd. The mascot was very engaging. My only negative if finding your way to the parking garage. Being a first time visitor i walked around a few times just to give the correct exit. Got to go in a little bit early to catch the star player warmup. Overall it was a great experience.

  • Halftime Show Amazing!

by Zora on 6/21/25Mohegan Sun Arena - UncasvilleRating: 5 out of 5

Great atmosphere! Family fun, energetic fanbase, comfy seats, friendly Connecticut Suns staff. Our favorite part was the entertainment for the national anthem and halftime. Excellent!

  • Great game!

by Jim on 6/21/25Mohegan Sun Arena - UncasvilleRating: 5 out of 5

Great game! Bolts holding the rows of seats should be tightened. Fat lady at the other end was rocking all the seats. I go for the basketball, not the amenities. It was a great game. j

  • Great time and seats

by duke on 5/30/25Mohegan Sun Arena - UncasvilleRating: 5 out of 5

We had great seats at the game! Able to see the court clearly and had so much fun!

  • Easy free parking

by Ness on 5/30/25Mohegan Sun Arena - UncasvilleRating: 5 out of 5

Love how convenient seeing a game at the casino is. Easy parking free well I know I pay it for it somehow. Staff everywhere helping to find seats. Would definitely go again

  • Fun for the whole family

by Dave P. on 5/21/25Mohegan Sun Arena - UncasvilleRating: 5 out of 5

A very enjoyable and competitive game (would have been better if the Sun won!). Halftime show by Red Panda was very impressive! Event host could hold microphone a little further away so he is easier to understand. I will attend another game although I will be less optimistic about the Sun winning after their game vs. the Aces!

  • Lighting

by JAM on 11/23/24Rating: 2 out of 5

The worst lighting I have seen, your eyes hurt from the glare, you have better lighting under a streetlight

  • Lighting. Railings

by JMauro on 10/25/24Rating: 2 out of 5

The lighting needs to be changed ASP, high schools have better lighting. It's not dark, the lights wear on your eyes. The railings just stop going up or down. The staff is very helpful they let me leave from the bottom. I would like to see a better system for buying ADA seats. Yes, we like basketball

  • Great family fun!

by Rock Star on 10/9/24Mohegan Sun Arena - UncasvilleRating: 5 out of 5

It was a great way to celebrate my daughter and I's birthday. Sun games are always fun for our whole family. We took 2 friends who had never been to a Sun game before, and they loved it! The staff at the games have a way of making you feel special.

  • Another Fantastic Day at the Arena

by Wendell on 10/9/24Mohegan Sun Arena - UncasvilleRating: 5 out of 5

Have been to many events at Mohegan Sun Arena and always enjoy the atmosphere. The good folks who work the events are as courteous as could be. The crowd is always in good spirits and everyone has fun.

  • Problematic

by Bob on 10/7/24Mohegan Sun Arena - UncasvilleRating: 2 out of 5

I took a bad fall due poor lighting and steps not being clearly delineated .

  • Best game in CT

  • Great game

by Skibum on 9/29/24Mohegan Sun Arena - UncasvilleRating: 5 out of 5

Usually I buy the less expensive tickets, because there aren’t any bad seats in this venue. This time though we were celebrating a birthday so I sprang for “good” seats. As always, the WNBA presents a great product. The game was great fun to watch. My primary beef with indoor sports arenas is the constant noise. Instead of people yelling into microphones during the media breaks, a lower volume would be appreciated. The crowd noise is crazy loud during games. Give our ears a break and have the kids shoot or putt or the dancers dance at half the current volume. It will still be entertaining and I’ll be more able to enjoy the game when it resumes.

  • Awesome

by Cher on 9/28/24Mohegan Sun Arena - UncasvilleRating: 5 out of 5

Love staying at Mohegan Sun for a few days when I come into town for a Suns WNBA game. Great arena, easy and safe to attend. Ticketmaster tickets have been a breeze to use

  • Great vibe!

by Texas visitor on 9/28/24Mohegan Sun Arena - UncasvilleRating: 5 out of 5

This was my first event at Mohegan Sun arena and the WNBA playoff game was absolutely electric. Great environment.

  • Get new refs & fix shot clock

by Lydia on 9/26/24Mohegan Sun Arena - UncasvilleRating: 4 out of 5

The refs were horrible. Get some decent refs. What about the shot clock messing up multiple times? Halftime show dragged on so I was on my phone & all of a sudden the game started no warning. Disorganized didn't even announce the 3rd quarter was about to start. Otherwise venue is decent, good energy overall

  • Needed more help and food places open inside

by Dani on 9/25/24Mohegan Sun Arena - UncasvilleRating: 3 out of 5

Needed more help at food nd beverage lines. Some were closed as well which made it hard to get food and beverages. I have been many times before and never had this issue.
