For being the lowest level of pro hockey this is a great event. Seats and food prices good. Cotton mouths kept you entertained the entire time.
Mother and daughter night out - loved the Cottonmouths game. Super cool that they have a female goalie. The fights were fun. Awesome that Cottonmouths won.
I took my Girlfriend (also from Buffalo, N.Y.) to a Cottonmouth game for a Valentines Day Date. I was impressed with the quality of seating for the price, the cost of concessions being reasonable and the excellent behavior of fans in our seating area. A good time for everyone! Not like watching an NHL game, but as close as I can get living in the south. We will be at many more games in the future!
We totally enjoyed. It was an awesome/great family outing.
Great experience watch the ice flyers winning the presidents cup.
Awesome to be there to see the Ice Flyers win back to back Presidents Cup!
Best game! Best seats! We were right on the ice. We should have brought blankets.
My family and I have been to Columbus numerous times but this was our first trip to a Cottonmouth game. We had a fantastic time and will definitely be back!
Saturday night at the Snakepit is more fun that the law should allow!
best money you can spend. Very exciting game, child friendly too!
We had the experience of sitting at the glass and banging on it during goals and to also aggravate the visiting team. My 4 year old daughter had so much fun sitting there and banging on the glass and seeing the action.
Really enjoyed the game, kinda disappointed that it was advertised as guaranteed fight night and there was no fights whatsoever... the refs intervened before anything happened! Would go back!
The tickets are reasonably priced, the venue is excellent. Free parking, The action is intense and this is a great sporting event to see close to where we live. I took a group, many of them had never been to live ice hockey. Everyone loved it and wanted to come back.
Very nice facility and fun for the whole family . Hope to go again soon !!
Had a great time! Enjoyed crowd participantion. Would go again!
Living in Northeast Atlanta, I decided early Saturday afternoon to drive down to Columbus and take in some hockey. Having worked for a pro hockey team myself, I know the ins and outs of the game night process. I purchased two seats on the glass online via Ticketmaster. I picked them up at Will Call without issue, but then I spent the next thirty minutes trying to find our seats. The seating along the glass is in Director's Chairs (which is fine, and was actually comfy) but the seating "sections" are not marked at all, and there was no one down on the ice level to help us out. We had purchased a hot dog before going to our seats, so by the time (again - thirty minutes later) we finally gave up and assumed what we thought were our seats, it was cold. After not being able to locate a floor usher, or our section, we first asked a building employee located at Guest Services (who had no clue) and then wandered upstairs and asked FOUR different ushers, none of whom could tell us where to sit. Eventually, one of them, presumably a "manager" usher, said he'd go check. We waited over ten minutes, with no return. Eventually, the usher lady we were standing by called down to him and he told her to tell us to meet him by the box office and he'd print us new tickets. We go back down to the Box Office and he's absolutely nowhere to be found. Eventually, a greeter lady comes up and asks if she can help us. She told us to go back where we were and there should be a floor level usher there to help, if not - to come back and get her. Needless to say, I had to go back and get her. She walked over with us, decided that we could sit where we thought we were supposed to be (and had started at in the first place) and said if anyone gave us any problems, to come find her. We spent the remainder of the evening there, with no issues. However, we did have cold hot dogs and missed all of warm-ups. I work in the industry. I get it. ...but to have a building where NO ONE knows seating sections? To sell GLASS SEATS online, at a higher price, and have multiple people tell your customers that the section "doesn't exist" and "you'll have to get new tickets printed?" It's not hard to educate your staff. I know, I've done it.
It was our second hockey game in Columbus, but we really enjoyed it! My daughter had the best time-highly recommended!
This was my first time having "arena" level seats for a Cottonmouths game and I would recommend it to any and everyone You can't get closer to the action!
The venue was very clean with lots of food options. Event started on time and was very entertaining.
