    A great night out

by Curtis on 3/1/24Ball Arena - Denver

We recently attended an Avs game and had a blast (helped that they beat Dallas). Everything was very organized and efficient; from ticket check, beverage and merchandise, to finally existing the game after the victory. Really looking forward to our next visit.

    Great seats!

by Tom on 1/27/24Ball Arena - Denver

There isn’t really a bad seat In Ball Arena, especially when you get to see Nathan Mackinnon score four goals. We were sitting on the attack twice side in the 3rd row of the upper bowl and had a blast watching the Avs Take down the capitols 6-2. The crowd was electric and as the Avs scored each of their 6 goals of the night we all got to shout Hey! Hey! Hey! And WOOP WOOP! As a crowd to celebrate each of the many goals and cheer on the team. Highly recommend catching an Avs game to anyone who hasn’t been before. In my opinion it’s one of the best things to do in Denver.

Always a good time watching AVS beat the Bruins!

by Kelly M on 1/12/24Ball Arena - Denver

New seating area for us was easy to get it and great view of the ice! We usually sit more center ice but this was a nice change up and tickets not as expensive. Would like a better map to find specific snacks as I couldn’t find my favorite zebra caramel popcorn this game. It was a sold out crowd so it was extra fun to beat the Bruins with a sea of Bruins fans in attendance !!

    Awesome!

by TiffB on 1/11/24Ball Arena - Denver

What a fun game! There wasn’t a dull moment from puck drop to Choo Choo’s shoot out goal! I loved all the AVS fans drowning out all those black and yellow wearing Bruins fans!

    Avs games are so fun!

by Redeheadedavsfan on 1/9/24Ball Arena - Denver

I took my 6 year old niece to her first hockey game. It was so entertaining she just loved it! Wish there were more food courts on the 3rd level because the lines were too long. We missed too much of the game waiting in those lines.

    Could use more ushers

by StanleyPup on 1/3/24Ball Arena - Denver

There appears to be either a shortage of ushers or they they not going their jobs because at the Avalanche game on 12/31, there was constant flow of people walking up and down the aisles at all times - not just during the stoppage in play which is common knowledge/courtesy. It was noticeable and really negatively impacted our experience.

Fun game but seat needed to be labeled as obstructed vier

by Jeff on 12/24/23Ball Arena - Denver

I paid full price for a full price experience, but the seat I paid for to see the attack twice end had a thick pole/railing blocking my view of the end I paid to see. This seat needs to be labeled obstructed and price reduced. Sadly I have that same seat on two more games and not thrilled about it.

    No Seat

by Bob on 12/18/23Ball Arena - Denver

I purchased a ticket for the Avalanche Flyers game on Dec 9 and had seats 9 and 10 in center balcony. Only we didn't have any seats when we arrived at the game. In my 55 years of attending hockey games, it is the first time I have ever encountered a "Standing Room Only"seat at an arena hockey game. And an NHL game at that!! I had not noticed that the row on the purchase had the acronym, SRO. At the time it did not even register in my mind that this could be a standing ticket, as the ticket stated we had seats 9 and 10. If there was any explicit notice that we were going to have to stand through the game, I never saw it. VERY disappointing!!!!

    Top Shelf…literally EVERYTHING!!

by Bao Bao on 12/15/23Ball Arena - Denver

Took my daughter to this game as part of her College Graduation Gift. Couldn’t have hoped for a better experience start to finish if I tried. Goals Galore and a come from behind 2 goal deficit in the 3rd with the go-ahead / winning goal coming from a (our favorite) MacKinnon Breakaway Top Shelf Laser. Life is Good…Thanks to all the Powers that be in the Universe. Super Grateful 🙏

    Out of town visitor

by Tampa Mark on 11/28/23Ball Arena - Denver

Out of town fan making their way around the rinks of the NHL. Really like the arena. Certainly near the top of the list so far. Spacious and great sight lines. Very little waiting for a urinal! Only complaint is I could not find access to the main team store and exiting via escalators/stairs from 3rd level was terribly inefficient which was very surprising

    Standing Room Only

by JDS on 11/28/23Ball Arena - Denver

I purchased six tickets for the game just hours before the event. However, I did not realize they were standing room only (SRO) tickets. I must have missed that detail on the phone app. I was initially disappointed, but it turned out to be a great game, and our group was able to communicate with each other in a way that would not have been possible in "seats,"so it all worked out fine. However, I would suggest a clearer representation on the phone app so the buyer fully understands that they are purchasing SRO tickets.
