Collective Soul rose to prominence in the mid-’90s with 1993’s Hints Allegations and Things Left Unsaid. The album featured the hit single “Shine” and took Collective Soul from college radio to heavy rotation on MTV. By the end of 1995, the band (led by singer-songwriter Ed Roland) had toured with Aerosmith and Van Halen and performed “Shine” in front of thousands of fans at Woodstock ‘94. Their triple-platinum follow-up, Collective Soul (1995), included "December," "The World I Know" and "Where the River Flows," all No. 1 songs on the Billboard Mainstream Rock Airplay chart. Collective Soul would continue achieving career milestones well into the 2000s and 2010s, including a duet with Elton John (“Perfect Day”) and nine additional studio albums.

Pinewood is a great place for a concert. All three bands put on a great show. Enjoyed it thoroughly.
Seeing this band checked off my to see list with great seats
Collective Soul sounds great live. I really enjoyed the show.
Collective Soul is everything you hope they will be! Buy tickets to this show.
Despite having too many preliminary bands (3 warm.up acts- should've been just one! Collective Soul was excellent! Will go again. But with all the bands, it was a late night... and no encore! People would like an encore from the lead act instaed of music they haven't heard before...
If you have the chance to see this Band in person, do it!! I waited many years to see this Band play live, and my only regret is not seeing them sooner.
I love shows where the doors are opened to the lawn. Great sound mix!!
Man what a night, everyone was phenomenal!!! Greylin James Rue was a breath of fresh air. She was new to me but now I'm fan... She has a beautiful voice and we thoroughly enjoyed her set... Long time fans & first time seeing Our Lady Peace & Live... OLP was everything I thought they would be and more... Live was nothing short of amazing... They sounded great & brought great energy... I can't believe I've waited so long to see them... I had the pleasure of seeing Collective Soul last summer with Hootie & the Blowfish... I was unaware CS was the opener, total shock and what a great shock it was!!! I've loved these guys for over 30 years & have always wanted to see them!!! Cut to last Friday, I had been looking forward to the show for months & they did not disappoint... Everyone around us was having a blast, it's always fun to rock out w/like minded fans... I'll be seeing CS again in a couple months & can't wait to do it all over again... I highly recommend seeing all of these bands if u ever have the opportunity to do so, u will not regret it...
Collective Soul continues to show why some things only get better with age. While some bands are happy to live off the success of one or two hits from decades ago, CS continue to display their talent as musicians and artists to churn out meaningful rock and roll in a world where that genre has increasingly become an endangered species. It's also no surprise that a major part of that longevity is the family-like camaraderie among the group, and it's also why so many fans are drawn to them and love their shows!
All the band were awesome and brought me back to high school
Loved the bands. Worst acoustics I’ve experienced in more than 50 years of concert going. Reason: the lower notes (meaning drums and base) drowned out the vocals and guitars. The bands and fans deserved better than this.
I first saw Collective Soul like 20+ years ago at Red Rocks. I wasn’t impressed then, but they were fine. This week I was shocked when the lead singer came out in a pimp outfit (including the cane) and long gray hair. He can still sing, but he just gave off a weird creepy old man vibe. His son is an amazing guitar player. Overall, they sounded pretty good for who they are, but they are just a very forgettable band. LIVE and OLP were much better.
A good show, I really liked his performance, excellent band, good music.
Collective soul never disappoints. It was a beautiful night at a lovely venue.
Good program by the band, but that mixer had the bass turned up to 12-13, Live/Collective Soul only need a bass level closer to 9. It was some time difficult to hear the full song cause the bass was shaking your heart.
When I attended the concert I was only familiar with Collective Soul. When I left I added three other groups to my Playlist.
This was one of the best concerts I have seen in a while.
The sound was absolutely horrible. Even though I know virtually every song, and this is one of my favorite bands, I hardly recognized the first song! It was such a huge disappointment, especially since I bought tickets for myself and my 3 daughters. Tha s a chunk of money for me, so, even more reason to expect a better experience.
The venue was great … easy access and parking. First time sitting in lawn chair seats. Comfortable and a perfect view of the concert. And finally the music was so very, very good!
Loved it many memories from all three bands, definitely worth seeing would do it again with out hesitation
