Colin & Che great - Punky horrible

by JD on 10/19/23Radio City Music Hall - New York

I thought Colin, Che and Marcello were great. I especially loved the three of them impromptu at the end. The other two comics that preceded them were good openers. It is so unfortunate that is started out so badly. Punky was crude and vile and set a bad vibe. People love SNL and knowing that a live show will be more risqué, her level of crudeness was uncalled for and set a bad atmosphere. It got a little too chaotic at the end and as I said earlier Che, Colin and Marcello had a great chemistry and it should have ended there.

I’m a bit biased because I sat front row center as a bday present to myself. It was An amazing show! Colin and Che outside of SNL is better than NBC!!

    They were all hung over....

by Grumpy Comedy Fan on 10/18/23Radio City Music Hall - New York

They were hung over, kept telling us, and it clearly was effecting them. the warm ups were far better than the main act.

    Wasted much?

by MRC on 10/18/23Radio City Music Hall - New York

Michael Che was both drunk and hungover at the same time. Ruined the show. Jost was good and a few of the openers wer very good.

    Best Effort

by Cinco on 10/18/23Radio City Music Hall - New York

Definitely an experience but could have been way better if the crew wasn't tired from working the night before. Obvious hangovers and no preparation but the show was decent enough.

    Absolutely recommended

by Narda c on 10/2/23Balboa Theatre - San Diego

Colin Jost is a fantastic write and I love his comedy style, very simple, yet full of sarcasm. This was a particularly good night because he was touring with Andrew Desmukes and Marcelo Hernandez from SNL which made it so much more special.

    Worst night of my life

by Pissed-off on 9/27/23Pechanga Resort Casino - Temecula

This was the worst evening I've ever had. All the info we got was that the show started at 8 PM. Instead it started exactly at 9. It was obvious the 9 PM start was the intended start time, it wasn't because some unexpected glitch delayed things. It was an hour we spent getting madder by the minute. By the time it started, there was no way we could enjoy it. As for the show itself, we were disappointed by the headliner. His set was shorter than we thought it should be and his humor was not that humorous. He had two opening acts and both were not very good. Had better comics on a cruise ship a couple of months ago. Because of this experience, I will never go to another live show again. As for the star rating on this site, if the option exists to give zero stars, that's what it would be. I've given it one only because it seems I have to give it at least that.

Waiting 45 minutes after showtime NO BUENO

by PN on 9/26/23Pechanga Resort Casino - Temecula

The first comedian was pretty funny. The second one was a hot mess and should’ve went off the stage in five minutes and Collin was OK but having us wait 45 minutes to even start the show was just ridiculous. I wouldn’t see any of them again.

    Better than expected.

by TinaM on 9/26/23Pechanga Resort Casino - Temecula

We weren’t sure about going to see Colin Jost do stand-up, but we were pleasantly surprised how good his show was. First let me say, his opening act, Marcello, just killed it. I don’t know if maybe because I’m a Latina and many of his jokes centered about being Latino, but he certainly was very, very funny. Dismoukes followed him and was also pretty good. The Colin came on, and I should add, the show started 40 minutes late, and he was on about close to an hour. He was funny and I was glad to see he took on some current issues that other comedians might have stayed away from. Overall, it was a good show and I would definitely recommend it.

    Not for families

by KC on 9/26/23Pechanga Resort Casino - Temecula

Marcelo and Colin were entertaining, but not an event for date night or to take your adult children. Too many sexual references. The mom and adult son in front of us left the show mid-show and the young couple next to us on date night seemed very uncomfortable. Roughly only half the audience was laughing.

    Left Waiting

by TB on 9/26/23Pechanga Resort Casino - Temecula

The show was 40 - 45 minutes late in starting with no explanation. That’s unacceptable. The audience got restless and began shouting out. The first comedian was very funny while the second wasn’t to my taste. Colin did a nice job and was entertaining. The experience would have been much more enjoyable had it not been for the late start with no explanation. I will probably not go back to this venue for a show in the future.

    The 8pm show didn't start until 8:45pm

by Attendee on 9/26/23Pechanga Resort Casino - Temecula

The show started 45 minutes late with no announcements of why or how much longer the wait would be. The second performer and Colin were quite funny. The first performer seemed like it was his first time doing stand up.

Two out of three ain’t bad…

by Dmilroy on 9/25/23Balboa Theatre - San Diego

We were expecting CJ Aline and we’re thrilled when he brought his two cast mates. The first one was fantastically hilarious ( impossible last name!) The second was funny, but I don’t thing race is the funniest topic. Then CJ…cute as ever…adorable….my friends were laughing like crazy. I fell asleep! I was so disappointed because I was really looking forward to seeing him, though admittedly I wondered what his routine would be. He’s best at being the straight man who blushes as Michael Che picks on him for being too waspy. Still adore him though! Lucky Scarlet!!👍💕❤️🥰🙏

    Funny, but anxiety-inducing

by Alyssa B. on 9/18/23DAR Constitution Hall - Washington

Colin Jost, Michael Che and the opening acts were very funny! I just had a hard time enjoying the show. As a parent of a baby with a history of seizures, having to lock up my phone and Apple watch in a secure pouch was incredibly anxiety-inducing. They made no exceptions, which left me wondering if my son was ok the whole time. Had I realized it was a no-phone event, I would not have attended. I understand the need to prevent people from recording, but other people should be aware of this policy before purchasing. If your life circumstances make a no-phone event possible, go for it.
