The experience was amazing. From starting with the ticket scanning using NFC to the great club level seats with private bar private restrooms and great staff overall 10 out of 10
First the good: no row in front of us so much better legroom; however, the view was unexpectedly limited due to the sight angle being far to the left. This led to a twisted seating angle and a sore neck and back the next day. If the stage had been more to the center of the arena this would not have been a problem.
needtobreathe and One Republic were excellent - great way to introduce my son to love music - his first ever concert!
The club level IMO was the perfect seats! You’re close to the stage where you can easily see everything, the bathrooms/bar is very close, and you’re away from all the crowds so it’s easy to get in and out! 10/10 would recommend!!
I could see the artist lighten was great overall the experience was amazing
Club level is the only way to go because of the accessibility and view.
Dj Cash Money was an amazing surprise and such a cool way to start a comedy show. Amy Miller and Geoff Tate murdered on stage. And then badass Segura had the entire audience eating out of the palm of his hand. Best show I’ve ever been to. Venue was gorgeous and easily accessible,
My husband and I were having a great time enjoying a comedian. The person behind us started making comments about every joke. He then began taking over the comedian. I asked security for help and they said there was nothing they could do. The show was ruined because of this jerk. We will not be going back. I gave it 3 stars because the performers were awesome.
If there’s any gripe to have, which was minor, was the plexiglass was a little hard to see through from my seat.
Definitely an upgrade. Loved the lounges. Expected more craft cocktails. Expected attendants to help with curtains upon entering seating ( when hands are full) Expected concert memorabilia to be sold on club level and to not have to leave it… Not related to level necessarily but sound for openers was horrible.
Saw Chris Stapleton who gave a wonderful performance. Only negative are the fans in Club Level: Most stayed in their seats for the entire performance. We, however, preferred to dance to one of our favorite artists. Level 1 was on their feet the entire time. Depends on the experience you want. You pay for row 1 you can enjoy the show how you please. Beware, not everyone may be on their feet up there.
Pretty much a sold out arena yet on club level most of the vendors were not open. Come on BALL ARENA people do some proper scheduling and get this taken care of.
Great seats and venue!! The concert was amazing and the location of Ball Arena is very easy to get to.
The workers in club level are really nice and helpful everything real organized the only thing was the merchandise areas we should have one on the club level also but all and all it was a good experience thanks ball arena
Too much volume muted Micheal McDonald’s excellent vocals.
Good seats, good show, good sound, a little too cold inside, but that’s subjective.
best night of my life, staff was so nice. I could hear everything perfectly and I would give anything to go back to that night.
The arena was very clean, easy to maneuver, well organized. There were many staff members there to help you. -one star because it was difficult finding information online and we purchased "club level" seats as we understood there was a restaurant on that level, which there was NOT due to covid. Typical concession stands on the ground floor (we had popcorn, pretzel bites, potato slices and got some chicken nachos from the "Club Level" floor) nothing that I would want to order again. A small can of water was $5 and a small lemon drop cost $12.
This venue was huge! We loved it. Great dining and drink options, and Lamb of God killed it, of course. :)
We saw the Metal Tour of the Year at Ball Arena in the club level and it was a great first concert experience for my daughter. Services were great, bathrooms were close by and clean and the staff was amazing.
