Cirque du Soleil: Alegría Tickets

We were very disappointed after spending $250.00 for this performance. There just wasn't anything spectacular about the acts....except for the costumes, we could of been at any circus. We feel cirque du soleil has spread themselves to thin and has jeopardized the quality of performances. It did not compare to past performances we've seen and will now think real hard before taking a chance on seeing one again.

The rest was boring. I know it's needed to fill in the empty times between good performances. The clown were bad

Costumes were fantastic. I thoroughly enjoyed the dancing. Without a doubt the trapeze artists were wonderful. BUT, the contortionist was above and beyond any I have ever seen in my lifetime. BRAVO!!!

Incredible as always. You have to see it to believe the things the performers can do with their bodies

What a show Cirque has done it. A truely unique expierience.

This was my first Cirque du Soleil show and found it very impressive. It has darker storyline than what I expected. What I found truly amazzing is the entire show has no dependency on any type of modern technology. This show could have been performed 100 years ago if the talented people were assembled into one show. I am looking forward to seeing other shows by Cirque du Soleil....

All four of us (two adults, two kids 8 and 12) absolutely loved it!

I have seen just about all of Cirque du Soleil performances, this was my second time for Alegria and I was VERY disappointed. The lighting was abominable, there were just spotlights on the particular performers. Normally this should have been a glittering show with lots of colorful characters to see in the side lines. It tempts me to forego any future Cirque du Soleil events, maybe they are spreading themselves too thin. Also there were too many clown acts with only 2 clowns "on duty".

I love Cirque shows they are just spectacular. I have seen a couple of shows in Vegas. STRONGLY RECOMMEND!!!! These people are pure artists. Now I must get back to Vegas to see Ka and Zumanity!!!

This was my first time attending a Cirque du Soleil event and I regret not having attended sooner. These individuals obviously work hard on their craft to bring its audience a well choreographed presentation of their interpretation of the events theme. The athleticism and grace of these talented individuals and the dedicated stage hands make for quite an exciting time. I can't single any one act out. They were ALL fabulous! I can only hope that when they return to FL, which happens to be on my birthday next March, that I will be able to attend, as they will be representing my favorite entertainer of all time, Michael Jackson. I can only imagine what the choreography will be like and as a former dancer, appreciate it that much more. Many thanks to everyone for a fantastic event!

I saw it advertised on t.v. and thought it would be a great bonding experience for my daughter and I. Was I wrong. IT WAS A LIFETIME BOND! My daughter is 18 and we have not stopped talking about it. The strange and unique characters had us wondering what they were. During the break we googled and found out. The singing was absolutely lovely and dancing was beautiful and smooth. We really enjoyed the acrobats on the trampolines. Just one person off count would spell disaster. There was a young man that held himself up on little blocks and made his body do things not natural. Even though, it was beautiful, amazing, and kept us on the edge of our seats. How did he do that? Also, two girls had a routine moving their bodies as if they didn't have a backbone. Wow! It was fun to see the man use the huge hola-hoop aparatus. Doesn't he get dizzy? You can't leave the clowns out either. The story they told was hilarious. We are so glad the short clown got a huge plane for himself. Every aspect of this show will leave you breathless and wanting more. It is strange, exciting, beautiful, loving, imaginative, and wonderful. If you go, you will NOT regret it. I thought $100 was too expensive for a single mother to be spending when I bought the tickets as this was our summer treat. It is not! We are ready to go again.

Cirque du Soleil is amazing. All of their shows are different but great in their own way. The live music adds to the show as well. Alegria is fun for the whole family although please be aware this is not circus for kids. If you are going to attend with very young children make sure they behave properly. And please stop with the popcorn eating...its a beautiful show so have some respect. I don't want to smell you butter popcorn while listening to beautiful french and italian music and watching a one of a kind performance.

Outrageous acts,over the top costumes,all around great show

I smiled. I laughed. I shivered. I cried. I just experienced 'Alegria' by the Cirque du Soleil. Simply breathtaking. One of the most beautiful shows I've seen so far!

It was enjoyable. However the commercials on TV were showing more aerial then the actual show itself. most of what we saw was on the stage and not in the air. Nothing that was in the commercial was ever in this show. . The commercial should not show aerial if there isn't going to be much of it all. Upon entering the arena we were greeted with a staff member showing us the obstruction and offered us seats on the floor all the way in the back. Made viewing very poor to say the least, that is why I choose the tickets one level off the floor. That was the whole purpose of the tickets one level off the floor. The seats that we picked were one level above the floor so that we would not have any obstruction of view of the show. That again was not good, When we got the the arena, we were then shown that in fact the seats we had did have an awful obstruction and in fact was an main access walkway to the inside of the arena. The diagram that we choose from did not indicate that there was any such obstruction at that location so that needs to be fixed in the map people pull up to purchase tickets. My advise to anyone asking me about it would be choose your seats carefully, and that they may indeed have obstructions of view making the price of the tickets for "GOOD SEATS" not so good. I will think twice before I go there again for another show. I am sure that the show people were very good and we did not get the opportunity to enjoy it as much as we could have .

Have always wanted to see one of these shows! This show was FABULOUS! AMAZING! And such talent! The two girl contortionists were unbelievable..couldn't figure out which body part was holding the other one! The Clowns were hilarious! Thoroughly enjoyed every minute of the show...really want to go to Vegas to see the Elvis CdS show!!!!

From beginning to end the show was amazing! This is my third Cirque Du Soleil and I loved it.

It is am amazing show to watch. I would watch again. I would take my family young or old. The indidvidual acts are very impressive. Just great family fun!!!

This show was really great! No part was boring!!! Would highly recommend!
