Always have and always will Love! Tom Keifer!! Really enjoyed the Show!

I’ve been a fan of Tom Kiefer since they toured with Bon Jovi and still like their music. However, the volume was way too loud for the smaller venue. It distorted the music and we only heard reverb which made the concert very difficult to enjoy. We had great seats near the front of balcony so it was very disappointing.

I've seen Tom/Cinderella 3 prior times, and the shows were flawless. This time (Knoxville, TN) the "show"was great. However, the sound was terrible. Whoever is the sound engineer needs to be replaced. We had to leave the show early due to how bad the sound was.

Tom Keifer has still got it! Great show! Played all my favs from my youth! Definitely worth going!

Tom Kiefer was Awesome! Fie stars all the way...However, the sound system at the Tennessee Theater was atrocious. Zero stars for that! We were lucky that we were in row 2 in the pit. When we got up to go into the lobby, we could hear the sound cutting out. (Not so much from row 2 though). I feel sorry for everyone sitting behind us. The Tennessee Theater ought to be ashamed of themselves.

I knew I was going to be hoarse the day after the show, but well worth it and loved every single moment! Met some great people before and after the show and was blown away by the entire performance. Vocal issues in year's past? You never knew it on Thursday evening at the Underground. I was literally transported back in time and my days of being ultra consumed with Tom Keifer and Cinderella was replicated on the evening of August 17th. Had so much fun reliving my high school years and Tom Keifer was a Rock God then and still is to this day! Proudly wore my Tom Keifer 2015 Tour T-shirt and had the time of my life. One show I am absolutely glad I did not miss!

Tom was amazing as always!! Have seen him many times with Cinderella and on his own and he never disappoints!!

Of all the Keifer show's i've attended, this one was the best. Tom and his band killed it

First saw Cinderella in 1986 when they opened for David Lee Roth in Charlotte then again on Long Cold Winter in 1988 in Charlotte as they opened for Judas Priest. The last time they were in Charlotte was 1998 at the then Tremont Music Hall. Each of those shows were incredible. Fast forward to 2023 at The Underground (formerly Tremont MH) 25 years since last time I saw them and 37 years since the first time and Tom Keifer killed yet again. The crowd was extremely loud and into it like crazy. I think Tom and the band enjoyed it as well. It was nice to feel young again singing the songs of our youth together as one! Thank you to all members of The Tom Keifer band, it was like reliving the past in the present for a great 90 minutes.

Tom keifer and his band was amazing! The underground drinks were way too expensive- a bottle of water cost $6- seriously!! Tom keifer sang his heart ❤️ out!! So impressed with the Tom keifer band , not so much with The underground- they didn't provide napkins with their drinks!!

‘Tom Keifer’ and his band are still rockin’! The band had been together for 10 years and did a great performance in Charlotte, NC last Thursday night. Tom has had several throat surgical procedures due to his singing career, but it has not stopped his voice… He sang, screamed, played a few different 6-stringed guitars and the piano…. They played a lot of his original bands music, ‘Cinderella’, as well as a few from his current band. Great performance, great show, he gives it his all…

I Luv the venue, downtown Knoxville TN Tom Kiefer band was killing it !!! The sound guy sucked kept turning his microphone up and down very annoying!!

Acoustics were horrendous! Voices faded in and out and music was way to loud to actually “hear” it! People were complaining throughout the concert.

The opening act sound was great. Music sounded good and you could hear the singer. When Tom and band came on, the sound of the music was awful!! It was way too loud and you couldn’t hear any thing being sung! When the symbols hit, your ears would ring!!!! Sound was way off to make this not a good experience! I love80’s Rock and loud music but this was awful! Too far off on sound to enjoy!

I paid good money and couldn’t even make it through 4 songs as the audio was horrible. Not bad, HORRIBLE!!! The audio kept going in and out. Dozens of people that were on right side of stage were irate. I definitely would like a refund!!!

I love the Cinderella song catalog and many Tom Keifer Band songs and was excited to see him for the first time. I have been going to rock concerts for 40+ years and this was the first time I’ve ever left because the sound quality was so poor. The vocal mix was awful and one speaker kept cutting in and out. I would like to see him again but this show was disappointing. Giving an extra star because the band played hard and was engaged. But the sound quality was atrocious.

I saw Tom at the Tennessee Theatre and he did such a fantastic job. You could tell he gave it everything he had and his voice sounded absolutely amazing. He did an outstanding job with all of the instruments he played, as well. He played all of the songs I had hoped to hear live. I hope to be lucky enough to see him again soon!

Great seeing the band and the energy was great. The venue had issues with the sound systems and put a damper on things. Was not the bands fault and they still performed their heart out. Definitely was the theater fault because went to concert there before and similar issues.

Great show! My first time seeing them and so happy I did. Lyrics were muffled at times, so not 5 stars.

Tom Keifer and band are true performers. Perfect. Look forward to seeing them again.
