    I was disappointed.

by 2AMommy on 2/24/15Star Plaza Theatre - Merrillville

For the price we paid for these tickets I was very disappointed. My 5 year old who watches Chuggington on a loop kept saying he was bored. Also they didn't do a meet and greet. At $33 a ticket and with as small a crowd as this event had they could have allowed the kids to meet the trains. If I had paid $10-15 a ticket I would have been much happier. I will not take my kids back to this again.

    Chuggington Live was traintastic

by sunnidaze on 2/24/15Star Plaza Theatre - Merrillville

We took our four year old son who loves to watch Chuggington. The show exceeded my expectations. He was thrilled. The trains moved around with ease. The character actors were animated and engaged the kids. Overall it was a great experience. I was disappointed in the condition of the Star Plaza. It's in need of an update. Also I wish they had beverages for children or child size cups. However I would still return.

    Perfect for Children Under 7

by Shellvy on 2/24/15Star Plaza Theatre - Merrillville

It was a great musical for children under 7. The stage was very cute and colorful. The singers and dancers were up to par for a children's show. It captured the attention of the small children and babies alike. The trains were very cute and well made. I would prefer more audience interaction. There was a few times the actors involved the audience but it could have been more interactive.

Show was fun and engaged my 3 and 5 year old! The trains were high quality and seemed to float across the stage.

    No more intermissions

by clhoney03 on 2/23/15Murat Theatre at Old National Centre - Indianapolis

We took our family of four to this event. It was a good show. The two downsides would be there are a lot of human feet and arms my 7 year old could point out to prove to me this was not a real Chuggington and also why on earth (besides money) is there intermissions in such short shows. You had my 21 month old daughters attention until that point and she never got back into the show. It sounded like she was not the only one as many toddlers could be heard melting down.

    Something Different

by Lamon on 2/22/15Chrysler Hall - Norfolk

If you are looking to do something different with your little ones, Chuggington is a good show which gets the kids to interact throughout the show. My little girl enjoyed it!

My wife and I took our 2.5 year old grandson to the show and he really enjoyed it. These days it's hard to keep a childs attention for more then 20 minutes and this show keep he watching the whole time.

Tickets was over priced/show was not long enough/food was over priced/nothing special for the kids....with the amount of money these tickets cost their should have been some free gifts for the kids...at least a coloring book.

My son had a blast at Chuggington Live, and so did I. And it was interactive. I will take my son to another show if they come back to my area.

    Great show for kids

    by Lash77 on 2/18/15Chrysler Hall - Norfolk

My son likes Chuggington, doesn't love it but likes it. I thought this would be a great introduction to theatre for my almost 5yr old. It was perfect for that! The trains were very lifelike and it was fun! Lots of interaction with the audience. Short overall time for short attention spans.

I know this is targeted for children, but the story line and dancers were a bit corny. I've seen other live shows, such as Bob The Builder, that were more enjoyable. My five year old son wanted to leave at intermission and his room is covered with Chuggington train tracks. I had to convince him to stay to the end.

    Chuggington was good

by Louttasync on 2/18/15Chrysler Hall - Norfolk

I did't expect that people would be more of the show than the featured trains. There seemed to be more dancing and singing by humans than action from the trains. At the end of the show, my three year old questioned me about where "Action Chugger, Frostini" (and several others) were? It was great seeing the basic trainees, but would have liked more time dedicated to them or other characters .

    Eeehh....

    by JJB001 on 2/17/15Crown Complex - Fayetteville

I was disappointed with the venue. The prices were so much but the theater room and building overall was crappy. Since this is a child's show I would prefer the time be earlier than 7pm. Since the show started late we didn't leave until 8:45pm kids were exhausted, but they enjoyed theirselves. I think for the price it could have been better but my boys enjoyed it especially seeing the trains and all the singing.

    Chuggington Live

by wlywawa on 2/12/15Sands Bethlehem Event Center - Bethlehem

The show may of been awesome however we never had an opportunity to find out. We bought "VIP" 1st row tickets and they were horrible. The stage was at least 5 feet high and sitting in the front row with a 3 year old who is expected to sit in his seat made it difficult to watch not to mention they had to many "VIP" seats in each row. There were 22 seats in each row. We had seats 18-20 with limited viewing. It was a side angle which made it impossible to view the whole stage. The curtains were not open all the way so you could not see any of the background. The only thing you can see was when the train or actor went to the very front of the stage. They had tv's above for viewing but I did not go there to watch on a TV and second the big screen was directly above us. You had to literally lay your head back all the way to see. The lady with her grandson next to us actually left 25 minutes into the show. The family behind us were also complaining on such a terrible setup they put in place. I could of bought the cheapest seats in the house in the last row and would of been happier. We were their perfect customers. We bought the most expensive seats, ate dinner there, bought souvenirs, had adult beverages etc. We spent a lot of money. The best part of the day was the ride home to NJ. There was no traffic.

    Chuggington was fantastic

by joan4910 on 2/11/15Sands Bethlehem Event Center - Bethlehem

Between the "trains" and dancing and music it kept my 2 1/2 yr old Grandson in Awe the entire show. We were concerned that it wouldn't hold his attention but that was unwarranted.
