    Chickenfoot its Spectacular!

by Miredwingfan on 7/1/12The Chicago Theatre - Chicago

As ALWAYS Sammy and CHICKENFOOT ROCK THE HOUSE! Never a disappointment. My husband was reluctant to go with me and he really got into the entire performance. Have since turned a few other people onto this group and am hoping to take them to a Chickenfoot concert! Would highly recommend Chickenfoot concert!!!

This was a fantastic show! SO much better than the first time around (missed Chad, though). Great energy, great bass playing, and... Joe, you are a freakin genius!

    Chickenfoot overlooking the ocean

by CalTrask on 6/25/12Santa Barbara Bowl - Santa Barbara

Chickenfoot took to the stage after Blackstone Cherry. I'm not overly familiar w/ the music of either band. I'm familiar w/ the members of the C'foot thru their past groups. As a drummer, Chad Smith was just awesome to watch! Hager - a great entertainer and front man. M Anthony, some of his harmonies w/ Hagar reminded me of their last band - sounded great! I really went to see Joe Satriani play guitar - and I wasn't disappointed! A great show, the band played extremely well and seemed to enjoy themseleves. Talented individules playing very well as a group. The venue tho - not too big, not too small - the players raved about it - will definetly retrurn!! A nice vibe. Relatively easy in out of the venue and parking lots. Courteous staff throughout the whole evening.

by Apooh on 6/21/12Greek Theatre - Los Angeles

In your face, good 'ol rock & roll at it's finest! I like to call it testosterone music. Sammy Hagar put together a great thing here with these guys. Incredible talent! I love Joe Satriani!!

    Love Chickenfoot......but

by Gk925 on 6/20/12The Chicago Theatre - Chicago

Would have preferred to have seen and enjoyed chad on drums with the group. We were disappointed about that right from the start. The drums were not loud enough and frankly neither was the entire show.. What was up with the sound system that night? Seen them last year and the sound was amazing! Sammy was on his "A" game. Love to watch Joe play, WOW!!!! , would like to have seen more Joe solo's

I was lucky enough to have VIP meet and greet passes. SO AWESOME!!! Got to tour backstage and meet the band. Sammy was adorable!!!! The band was very nice. The show sounded amazing and you can tell that these guys love what they do! Satriani is phenomenal! A guitar GOD! Micheal Anthonys back up vocals were great. It was an all around fun show and they sounded GREAT.

    Better with age!

by sandimay2000 on 6/19/12Global Event Center at WinStar World Resort - Thackerville

Sammy was as amazing as always, and Michael rocked...and looked better than ever! But I had never seen Joe in concert before, and that man is a guitar GOD! The audience was on their feet the whole show, and they rocked the house! Super-professional show, but still felt like we were just hanging at Sammy's place for a summer concert at the beach. He's so laid-back and cool, and they truly love the fans! Sicerely, they could have played another 5 solid hours and I would have loved every minute. Was sad to see it end. Can't wait to see them again!

Sammy always gives an amazing show!!!!

by mamacheri on 6/18/12South Shore Room at Harrah's Lake Tahoe - Stateline

My mother and I have been going to see Sammy in concert since 1985!!! It was my baby brother's first concert, and Sammy never disappoints us! Mom has liver cancer and was in the hospital ICU in Sacramento until 5am the night of the concert, and made them release her so she could come see Sammy! We had an amazing time, everyone was kind, helpful and patient with us in mom's bulky wheelchair. Even an amazing man gave mom his guitar pic he caught because he was so touched mom was there after obvious medical issues. Thank you for all the amazing memories throughout the years! Hopefully mom will still be with us in September when Sammy comes back. We love you Sammy!!!!!

Chickenfoot Las Vegas Hard Rock The Joint

by concertgoer8369 on 6/18/12The Joint at Hard Rock Hotel Las Vegas - Las Vegas

Anything Hagar is always fun. He has a vibe that just makes everybody appreciate the concert and moment. Satriani played great and Anthony is always fun to watch. The drummer was very good, wasn't familiar with him. Even without playing any hagar or VH they are a great live band. They finished with Montrose, which was a nice touch.

Give Me Chickenfoot over Van Halen Anyday!

by nycmusicluver on 6/17/12Beacon Theatre - New York

Through Chickenfoot Sammy Hagar & Michael Anthony prove that they were the soul of Van Halen moreso than Eddie Van Halen or David Lee Roth. Throw in Joe Satriani & Kenny Aronoff (filling in for the unavailable Red Hot Chili Pepper Chad Smith) & CF makes for a very powerful supergroup! Hagar is simply one of the best frontmen of all time & Anthony is quite possibly the best bassist in R&R history (Could he be the Jimi Hendrix of the bass?). A very high energy rock show indeed!

    Chickenfoot was excellent!!

by rockachick on 6/17/12South Shore Room at Harrah's Lake Tahoe - Stateline

This is the 4th time I've seen Chickenfoot. All shows were great but this one was the best and you can't get a better venue than the South Shore Room at Harrah's Lake Tahoe. Sammy still has his killer voice and with Joe on lead guitar, Michael on Bass, it doesn't get any better than that. This is a must see show!! I will definitly see them again.

    Supergroup Chickenfoot Rocks!

by Bridwish on 6/17/12The Chicago Theatre - Chicago

This group is made up of outstanding musicians. The sound inside the Chicago Theatre was amazing, even Joe Satriani commented about the sound onstage during the concert. Live is BETTER than the CD and that is hard to do. Loved it!!! Would go again and again. Kenny Aronoff is my #1 drummer and Joe Satriani is the #1 guitar player. Sammy and Mikey bring us back to Cabo Wabo everytime. Sammy is my #1 singer.

    INCREDIBLE!

by UBFUNKY on 6/16/12Greek Theatre - Los Angeles

After all these years, Sammy still sings like he did 25 years ago! Michael, the same cheerful, talented man and Satch was beyond comprehension. The drummer was strong and interacted with the band and the crowd. I saw V.H. the week before and what a refreshment Chickenfoot was compared to them! LOVED IT!

    Outstanding show!!

by thirteenburn on 6/16/12Arlene Schnitzer Concert Hall - Portland

For those of you who haven't yet had the pleasure of seeing this band live - with or without Chad Smith (Kenny Arronof was an absolute SOLID stand-in for Smith, currently touring w/RHCP) - you must do so as soon as possible. I haven't had as much fun at a show since my 20's, and I'm a year from 50! Rock & Roll is timeless and will always keep me young at heart and Chickenfoot exemplify that mentality to the hilt. Satriani and Anthony were rock solid and also looking like it was more of a "practice" or sound-check rather than an official show and that kept the vibe nice and loose. At times it got a bit too loud, but that's just me getting older w/semi-bad hearing already, so that's not really a bad thing, just a personal thing. A solid FIVE STAR show and highly recommended!
