Great atmosphere, great game but the soldier field facility is not up to standard. 30min line for a beer/food, 20min line for the men’s toilet!

Everything about our visit to Chicago was fantastic! From the Architecture, to the people who live there speaking with passion about their great city, educating visitors about its rich history, eateries, points of interests. At the game it was very well done, from helpful emails that facilitated check in, to the pro shop, all the way to the ushers and vendors. I have to say Chicago and the Chicago Bears Organization were first class all the way!

Perfect weather & company at Soldier Field! The Bears played a good game to defeat Texas!

I had a great time!!!! I had great seats. Overall a good experience. Concession stands need to be more organized, lines are all over the place.

Despite the monsoon rains, the windy conditions, the end result of the Bears win, made a whole day worth it

Easier to get in and I appreciate the security making sure people were going to the right areas of seating.

we were not informed before game time that ALL GAME PARKING was by coupons only, we didn’t make into the stadium until start of 3rd quarter because we had to go online and pay for park which was a horrible experience

My grandson liked the seats & the players were polite.

We went after it snowed when we got to our seats we needed to clean off the snow and our feet sat in snow the whole game it did not help because it was cold already

My boys and I had the best time ever! Weather cooperated and the Bears win was AWESOME!

Loved the club section had everything and loved how easy access it was to the field during pre game. Can’t wait to go back

There is nothing the venue can do about cold weather - other wise my experience had been greater. I love the venue, accessibility, staff and Concessions.

Im an arizona cardinals fan and i traveled to historic soldier field to watch the arizona cardinals vs the chicago bears. Great place to see if your a football fan but be prepared its called the windy city for a reason.

The seats are in the highest row of the stadium and they sit right in front of the stairs, so you are literally sitting at the top of the staircase with your feet on the last step. As a result, the cup holders are on the arms of your chair, pinching your legs. On all other seats this sit on the seat in front of you. The stadium was better than old soldier field, but I’m just tired of it’s poor design and traffic flow (inside and outside of the stadium)

I flew to Chicago to see the San Francisco 49ers play the Chicago Bears. It was an Awesome experience, thank you Ticketmaster.

The entire experience was great. Stadium was historic and worth the price of admission. Food was good, beer was cold. Bears lost, but otherwise i had a great time!!!!!

I can't say enough great things about Soldier Field. It's a terrific and legendary venue in the NFL's history that has been updated to meet the needs of fans. If you have some extra money to throw around, get club level seats. The United Club is fantastic - an indoor venue that offers plenty of dining options and bathrooms with a much smaller wait time than the rest of the venue. Very impressed, especially as someone who came to see the away team.

It was great to have a view of the seats we finally chose. It was easy to download the tickets to the Wallet App and have them in my phone. Everything was an excellent experience.
