    REO YES...Chicago no

by Clongd on 8/16/18Ruoff Home Mortgage Music Center - Noblesville

Reo Speedwagon was absolutely amazing one of the best concerts I have ever seen but Chicago ruined everything. I do not understand why these two bands tour together and REO Speedwagon is not the headliner. At one point during Chicago’s set I could actually hear the crowd talking aver the band, terrible crowd engagement and very slow set. Don’t waste your money on Chicago but REO Speedwagon is worth every penny!

REO was amazing & should have been the headliner. Chicago was a disappointment & hardly anyone stood we didn't sit down for REO. Chicago needs to new set worth standing for & paying money to see.

    REO really rocked the place!

by FlipWilson on 8/15/18Ruoff Home Mortgage Music Center - Noblesville

It's amazing at their age but their music is timeless. Loved it from beginning to end. Chicago was good too.but I have been an REO fan longer.

REO/Chicago REO Owned the stage Chicago sucked

by swonbrothersconcert on 8/15/18Ruoff Home Mortgage Music Center - Noblesville

My wife has wanted to see Chicago and REO in concert so we went to the show. We got there about the time the opening act was going on so we got a beer and water and headed to our seat. REO came on stage and the performance was awesome. Kevin Cronin is a master showman and REO belted out hit after hit with the audience eating it up. I don't think there was any song that the crowd didn't sing right along.. It was really awesome to see that REO still has it and I would most highly recommend going and seeing them. Chicago they just sucked, They played songs I don't think anyone ever heard of and we found out later they were playing songs off the second album. The crowd turned against the band in my opinion and me and my wife were very disappointed. We ended up leaving and as we walked to our car there was quite a few folks leaving when we did. We left about 40 minutes in. In my opinion, REO should headline, they are masters at their craft, Chicago should hang it up.

    Chicago not great

by Notell on 8/15/18Riverbend Music Center - Cincinnati

The venue was fine. The show was fine. REO played songs that I knew and their show was Great. Let me say, I love Chicago and have seen them before. However, I felt their set wasn’t what it could have been. I left early because I didn’t know the songs they were playing. I saw lots of other people leaving too.

    REO Was Awesome!

by hannahgoesforit on 8/15/18Riverbend Music Center - Cincinnati

REO Was awesome. They should have been the headliner. Chicago was good, but not as good as REO. REO was spot on for all their songs. They had the place rockin! Chicago was off on a few songs and they had a 5 song set that was slow and boring. They did explain why they played those songs (which was nice), but they were pretty slow songs. Other than that it was an excellent concert.

    Chicago was AWFUL !!!!

    by real80sfan on 8/15/18The Forum - Inglewood

They almost made it a point to not play their hits of the 80's till the end and only played 3 songs everything else things I never heard before... Best part of the concert was REO by far and leaving early and avoiding the traffic jam

    KeyBank Pavilion Sound Quality

by KeithWVa on 8/15/18KeyBank Pavilion - Burgettstown

REO Speedwagon had the bass cranked up way too much. Glad I had ear plugs with me for the PIT area. Chicago got it right and the sound was great.

    Great talent and songs.

by golfer11 on 8/15/18Riverbend Music Center - Cincinnati

Chicago and REO Speedwagon have so many great songs! The talent of the musicians is superior. Accoustics could be better.

    REO Rocked

by Dalish on 8/15/18Riverbend Music Center - Cincinnati

REO was amazing! Played every single one of their infamous songs and everybody was standing and singing dancing the entire time!! Chicago was good as well, however, they didn't play enough of their popular songs in my opinion but they still sounded great.

REO was fantastic, so much energy!

by Anonymous on 8/15/18Ruoff Home Mortgage Music Center - Noblesville

Enjoyed REO tremendously, familiar with all the songs played. Able to sing along, reminisce...fun, fun, fun!! Chicago played unfamiliar older music to begin with-lost interest. Left concert early.

REO Speedwagon & Chicago were amazing

by Kentuckygal60 on 8/15/18Riverbend Music Center - Cincinnati

Best show ever! Great crowd & venue. Parking was easy in & easy out. Lots of songs we knew & they sounded just as good as I remembered from college.

    Chicago played too much 'unknown'

by Bratice on 8/15/18Darien Lake Amphitheater - Darien Center

REO was great and Chicago finished their 2nd half as I had hoped - fantastic! The first half of their set was not familiar and they lost their audience. Some of the fans were pretty vocal about their musical selections and many even left. I saw Chicago last year at Darien Lake and EVERY song was a HIT and familiar to everyone. They had the crowd up, singing and dancing through out their whole performance. Needless to say, this year was a disappointment and to be honest, I don't know if I'd go back and see them again if they came to town :-(

    REO Always Rocks It

by MissyAnn058 on 8/15/18Riverbend Music Center - Cincinnati

Love to watch REO Speedwagon. They have always put on a great show. Chicago was good but didn’t like the fact they played an album that most didn’t know for the first hour.

    Disappointed

by Chicago17Fan on 8/15/18Ruoff Home Mortgage Music Center - Noblesville

Sadly, Chicago played mostly old songs & only one song from Chicago 17 (You’re the Inspiration). If Chicago was going to only play old songs from album 2 then inform your fans of that in the concert title. I felt like this concert was for the band and not for the fans.

    Chicago was disappointing

by MjPeri on 8/14/18Ruoff Home Mortgage Music Center - Noblesville

Reo Speedwagon was great... Played all the old hits. But Chicago was extremely disappointing. They played mostly instrumental music the first hour and while the players were obviously amazing musicians, ppl came to hear songs from the 1982-1989 album. The eventually played 2 whole songs from that album the whole night but it was well after half the crowd had left. They seemed oblivious to the fact that no one was into their song choices.
