    AMAZING!!!!!!!

by Eve on 3/4/20The Event Center at Hollywood Casino Columbus - Columbus

This was probably the coolest thing we have ever done! I was kicking myself all night for not buying the VIP tickets when I got the chance. Chef Robert was AMAZING! He was so down to earth, you could tell he was having fun, he was very funny and really showed his true colors. You could really see his passion and the things he was truly passionate about. In addition to an amazing show- the food was seriously incredible!!!!!! I can not wait to go again and next time will FOR SURE be with VIP tickets!

    Great experience

by KC on 3/4/20The Event Center at Hollywood Casino Columbus - Columbus

It was awesome! Chef Irvine is funny as all get up. Food was great! I wish they would hand out recipe cards for people that would want to try to recreate the dish. I’m a home chef ;) and love to cook. Only downside was the venue side. Someone moved our numbers on our seats. I specifically bought the seats facing the stage and they were moved before my husband and I got there. Otherwise loved everything!! Thanks for a fun night out!

    A most memorable experience!

by b. p. on 3/3/20The Event Center at Hollywood Casino Columbus - Columbus

It was a fantastic evening- Just by chance we met Robert on the Casino floor before the show. He was so warm and gracious-allowing pictures and actually chatting with us. Although I realized he was a good looking man -in person the word would be super "handsome". Maybe it was just his demeanor but wow is all I can say-he came across as kind and generous and so very caring and the videos and clips during the presentation just supported that feeling he gave me when we met. The food was great (served hot and beautifully presented) . I felt as if I were in a restaurant not a huge dining hall. I must admit I was not a fan of the bread pudding-I saw him prepare it on a show perhaps worst Cook in America- and was excited to see it on the menu -but it wasn't a home run for me. All in all it was a perfect evening out (2 hour plus drive from home) and I will always remember it as a fantastic experience- of course that"s because I MET ROBERT IRVINE!!!!!!!!!

    Chef Robert Irvine was outstanding

by carolyn22 on 9/21/15Robert Irvine Live - Milwaukee

i went to see the Amazing Chef Robert Irvine when he was the Milwaukee Theater in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and it was the #1 best show i have ever seen. I got to meet his extremely sweet wife, pro wrestler Gail-Kim while in the lounge room before the show started because she was working at the merchandise booth and she is very very funny and sweet. even though i was only able to talk to her for a few minutes i could tell that she is the female version of Robert Irvine himself, meaning she is just as personable as Robert is. i could only talk to Gail-Kim for a few minutes because the merchandise booth was starting to get busy and i didn't want to bother her while she was working. The show itself was absolutely out of this universe amazing. My favorite part of the show was when i was lucky honored and privileged enough to be one of Robert's tasters and i got to talk and hang out with him onstage. When the emcee asked me what i do and i said i volunteer at my local boys and girls club, Robert said to me that's a great organization, which it truly is. the challenge that he did when i was the taster was called so you think you can chef and Robert's opponents i think were on worst cooks in America. Both Robert and his opponents made a chicken dish but Robert's opponents' dish had a more bitey vinegary taste to the gravy than Robert'd did. of course i Picked Robert's dish as the best one and after i tried both dishes i turned to Robert and shook his hand and said both dishes were very good so as not to show any nepotism (which means favoritism) toward Robert. and after i shook his hand (while still onstage), i also gave him a hug. when i started to go back to my seat Robert called me back and said to me wait a minute come back here i'm not done with you yet. he wanted me to do the Robert Irvine Happy Dance and i am a little ashamed to admit, but i was a little too shy to do the Robert Irvine Happy Dance, But Robert didn't care and neither did anyone else. Before the show i got a copy of Robert's Impossible to Easy cookbook and a shirt and after the show during the meet and greet Robert personalized the autograph when he signed my copy of the Impossible To Easy cookbook i got before the show and he also signed the shirt i got before the show. The shirt is in a display case and is hanging on my bedroom wall and the shirt itself is never ever again allowed to be touched by human hands again, meaning it will remain in its display case forever. i gave Robert two more hugs at the meet and greet one after the picture was taken and one final one before i left. the last thing the Amazing Chef Sir Robert Irvine said to me was keep doing great things for the boys and girls club, and i always will try my hardest to live up to those words, meaning i will always try to do great things for the boys and girls club. the reason why i call Robert Irvine Sir Robert Irvine or Chef Sir Robert Irvine is out of respect, meaning i know he's never been knighted, but i will always call him Chef Sir Robert Irvine or Sir Robert Irvine because i have the highest form of respect for him and that's why i will always call him sir in some form meaning Sir Robert Irvine or Chef Sir Robert Irvine. it's the same concept when you call your boss sir or anyone else you fully respect and honor. The Amazing Chef Sir Robert Irvine is not a regular person by any means whatsoever. He is an Angel sent from Heaven Itself, he is The Ultimate True Humanitarian and he is a 100% True Inspiration to everyone he has ever come across in his entire life.

    Fun Time

by skippy8070 on 4/19/15Hard Rock Live - Hollywoof

This was a fun event from the get-go. Robert is very entertaining and funny. Near the end, he got more serious and reminded all of us that what we do for others is very important - we should all try and pay it forward. He is very sincere and he spent a huge amount of time signing autographs and taking pictures at the end. A very classy guy and a very entertaining show.

Amazing time from one Chef to another!

by Jstenulis on 2/18/15Carolina Theater - Durham

Robert Irvine has got to be one of the best people on this planet! We attended his show for the first time and decided to purchase the VIP experience. It was almost as if we were had over to his house for dinner! It was very intimate and special. He made it all about us, the 36 or so people that attended. He is truly dedicated not only to his cooking fans, but helping others and those who fight for our countries' freedom. He spends a lot of time and money on doing so. He stayed after the VIP event as well as the main event for a long time until each and attending person got to personally shake his hand, have their picture taken with him if they wanted(for free that he provided!), autographs, and a hug! HE is truly a stand up guy!! Not every day do you see or meet someone like Robert!! You have to go see him!! Just to meet a genuine soul! We love you Robert!

    Great show, fun night!

by AFanNotaCook on 2/18/15The Hippodrome Theatre - Baltimore

This was one of the most amazing shows I have ever seen. I wasn't at all sure what to expect, and as it turned out, if I'd had any expectations, Chef Irvine would have blown them all out of the water! An impressive human being, passionate about supporting our military men and women--and their families. An inspiration to everyone there! And the boy can COOK! Paid dearly for the VIP Experience and front row seats and it was worth every penny!

    Show has potential...

by Anonymous on 2/18/15Keswick Theater - Glenside

Show concept is a good start, but needs some tweaking. It was great to watch Chef Irvine cook and interact with his fans. I would have preferred seeing more of Chef Irvine cook and less time spent selecting volunteers from the audience. I greatly enjoyed listening to him talk about his work with the military and his shows, Dinner Impossible and Restaurant Impossible. Chef Irvine is very genuine and personable. The meet and greet after the show was worth the wait.

    Amazing Show!

by EventMaster19 on 2/18/15Ulster Performing Arts Center - Kingston

While looking on his website to read what the show was about I knew it was going to be a show unlike most others. I still wasn't 100% sure what to expect but it was great! The show is filled with audience participation. This show is a way for Chef Irvine to get out there and challenge himself and interact with his fans. I would definitely go see him again. He also takes the time to meet every person in the audience that would like to meet him after the show.

    Had a great time!

by Anonymous on 2/18/15Hippodrome Theatre - Baltimore

We had a great time. Always laughing at Justin, the host, Chef Sean, or Chef Robert. I think if someone is going to be going to this show, they already know about the shows that Chef Robert does on the Food Network. Too much time was spent on videos about the shows that could have just been verbally talked about by Chef Robert for half the time of the videos. We felt there should have been a little more cooking. Too much time was spent picking way too many people from the audience. Loved that there was audience participation and that Chef Robert came out into the audience, but it could have been a little more organized. When Chef Robert was cooking, it was amazing what smells were coming from the stage, what he was able to make with the ingredients he was provided with, and with the hiccups that the host and Chef Sean put in his way. I know he was under time limits, but could have done a little more explaining of why he was adding what. For us novice cooks, it could have been a great learning experience. I loved that he stayed after to meet all if his fans. He even chat a little with us which was great. Signed one of his cookbooks and took a picture with us.

    UPAC Kingston

by Jimlorrie on 2/17/15UPAC - Kingston

Jim Morse 19 hrs · Edited · Sometimes when you meet one of the people you look up to and they are a star or are famous you are let down .... Sundy night Ulster Performing Arts Center this was not the case Chef Robert Irvine was incredible. very humble and entertaining and extremely energetic. he took the time to speak with everyone that wanted to speak with him. I like the guy because he makes cooking fun and I myself have a happy dance when food is good. and the second reason is because he helps people and he cares, just ask JOE Willys Seafood Restaurant in fishkill he turned that place around. Thanks again chef for letting me on stage and for answering all my questions. My wife Lorrie Morse and I had a blast and thoroughly enjoyed the fun and the food.

    THE BEST !!!!!!!

    by SRA2 on 2/17/15Hippodrome - Baltimore

I had seen RI LIVE a couple of years ago in York, Pa. This show was much better. Every show is unique. The host is fabulous. the challenges are real. Chef Robert Irvine gives so much time and energy to others. He is so inspiring. If you are looking for a boring cooking demo then this is not it. This show is high energy. It has a lot of audience participation. He showcases and thanks those who have served in our military. He stayed about two hours after the show to take pictures and give autographs to anyone who wanted them. Fantastic!!!!!!!!!!

Kingston Show at UPAC was Forgettable

by Anonymous on 2/16/15UPAC - Kingston

i am glad I won my ticket from a local radio station and didn't purchase one ... It would have been a waste of money. I looked forward to Sunday's show, but was so disappointed. One, the production was not professional and even amateurish. It was disjointed without a true theme or progression. Two, the MC (not sure what one would call his role) was disappointing. He was dull and unprofessional. Three, I was looking for more cooking demos by the Chef and not the childish and silly skits/games that made up the majority of the show. Four, although I applauded the Chef's dedication to our armed forces, I disliked all the focus the show put on it. To me, it seemed more like a brag session and look at how wonderful I am. I dislike when anyone, famous or not, has to show and tell their good works. Just let the good works speak for themselves. I did like that Joe Wlly's was show cased to some extent since that was a local Resturant. But even when the owners came on stage, they seemed unprepared. I would have thought that some pre-show prep would have occurred- it didn't seem to be the case. Instead, it seemed to be more of a love feat to pump up the Chef's ego. Actually, the entire show seemed to be about his ego and pumping it up.
