Chanticleer Tickets

The Chanticleer performance at Pepperdine University set a new bar for their achievements. The men were in fine voice, as always, and full of energy, as always, but brought a phenomenal spirit to their chants, liturgical works, folk songs,, and other choral/rhythmic pieces. The quality of sound, whether notes or bird songs or whirs or chitters, was exceptional. The audience really got their performance and the guys fed off that enthusiasm. It was a wondrous evening!

We deliberately chose to attend the non-liturgical program offered in the very comfortable Kaul Auditorium. Chanticleer took on challenges in at least six languages and carried them off with panache and good humor. The use of a capella voices to bring birds and bells to life was awesome. My wife walked out with three more CDs.

I'm a singer, but these guys are amazing! If you get a chance to see and hear them, don't miss it.

Impeccable tuning and phrasing. Expressive musicality and overall fantastic concert!

From the first note, I knew I was in for one of the best musical experiences. Vocal music does not get any better than this, I will see Chanticleer every time they come to our city for the rest of my life.

Can't remember how I acquired their first CD, but this performance in person was amazing! It's hard to describe the extent of their vocal skills, you just have to experience it to appreciate it.
