Chante was extraordinary! She hit the stage with a burst of amazing energy. She took requests from the audience and song them acapella. She song It s Alright and spent about 15 minutes singing in a perfect 5 octive range that moved her to tears. She was uplifting and very funny.

  • Chante Moore blew me away!

Chante Moore, at the newly renovated Howard Theater, exceeded my expectations. She's a tremendous performer and definitely was borned to entertain. Her talent is undeniable and really an untapped treasure. She sang all her favorite hits. I had forgotten how well she sings live. It's been over 15 years since I last saw her. If given the chance, I'm sure she would have universal appear equal to Beyonce. I'd see her again.

The performance was incredible. Chante gave her audience a mix of older and newer material, took requests, and demonstrated both an emotional and vocal range that left me and my friends simply awestruck. Ms. Moore's accessibility, humor, and depth of emotion made the evening one not soon to be forgotten. She clearly had a strong fan base in DC when the show began. By the time she ended it, I think everyone was even more loyal and just waiting for the next record to hit stores.

  • Chante Moore is Amazing!!

I've been a fan since her first release, but had never seen her live. She performed many of her classics and a lot of great covers. She is an engaging, funny and open performer. She freely interacted with the audience. Most importantly of course is that she sang her a** off. Really great show!!

  • Chanté Moore was better than ever!!

The modern-day Minnie Riperton and still pin-up beautiful. This is a must-see show and I look forward to her upcoming album. My uncle used to tell me about seeing Ella, Billie, and Lena at the Howard Theater when he was young--I can now relate. She is still the total package.
