BACKGROUND SNAPSHOT:
Chicago-born Yvette Marie Stevens came up in rough South Side housing projects before she rose to fame under the name Chaka Khan. Her grandmother introduced her to jazz music at an early age and instilled a life-long love of the genre. As she grew up, she bounced around all-girl singing groups and small bands before joining the Black Panthers and changing her name. While performing in a local band in 1972, she was poached by a new group called Rufus, and with her at the lead, the group signed a major contract with ABC Records just a year later. After several years with Rufus, she proved to be just as talented on her own with the 1978 solo debut Chaka, featuring the ubiquitous hit “I’m Every Woman”. All said and done, she has won ten Grammys and sold over 200 million records worldwide.

I love Chaka Khan. Her performance was outstanding I just wished the sound/music was a little lower and she sang some more ballads/ softer songs. Overall, I loved her performance. The entire concert was amazing
Chaka Khan was enjoyable. I felt as though her band/ back up music was extremely loud. Almost over shadowing her singing 🎶
All of the women were great, especially Chaka Khan.
Greatly enjoyed the The 4 Queens concert. They did an excellent show. I am so happy I attended as part of my birthday celebration.
I was excited to come to this show. I know I didnt have money for the best seats however I did not know my view would be obstructed by big metal awnings. That should be stated wh3n purchasing tickets. It would have also been good if there were more than 2 jumbotrons to display the performance for those of us who sat on the upper sides. As far as performances Chaka Khan did her THANG and Stephanie Mills did too. I also have to remember that these ladies have been performing for basically close to as long as I've been alive.
I had good seats on the floor good viewing just love me some Stephanie Mills & Chaka Khan the two I waited to see for a long time now but really enjoyed the show

Took my mom and mother in law to see these magnificent woman. Definitely a great experience all around. These beautiful ladies did an Amazing job we all enjoyed ourselves. I would definitely go again if they were to come back through the D(M)V area. All of them looked soooooooooo good Beautiful!
I live in Atlanta; My Brother lives in North Carolina. I attended the Concert in North Carolina with Him. We had the VIP Experience and it was GREAT!
