I loved the concert. One misleading thing I found on my ticket was that we had assigned seating. It wasn't assigned seating so the place was crowded and needed to find seats quick. Other than that, it was awesome!
We had a great time experiencing C&K and we were glad they made the trip to the mainland. The outdoor venue was intimate and it was a cool and breezy evening (it warmed up through the night). Their wonderful voices along with the outdoor experience made us feel as though we were on an island. They sang perfectly and every song brought back many memories. We loved the show!
Really enjoyed the show and venue. Outdoor concert was great, weather was perfect. These guys put on a great show for a full 2 hours. Hard to believe they have been performing for 40 years. Music sounds as great today as it ever did. Thanks for a great evening.
That was an awesome concert they had the crowd going, Cecilio and Kapono was absolutely great.
They put on an excellent show as always and totally took me back to my youth. Much mahalo a nui guys:) See you next year!
Fun, nostalgic and great music. They really involve the crowd and their vocals and musical abilities are unbelievable!
The soaring harmonies of Cecilio & Kapono under the stars of the beautful Humphries By the Bay venue made for one unforgettable evening. The duo who captivated me when I first saw them in 1979 have lost none of their ability to take a song and make it all their own in their inimitable style. Cecilio & Kapono treated an enthusiastic and adoring audience to an almost 2 1/2 hour set of songs they made famous, with humor being sprinkled in here and there by the hilarious Cecilio. Age has not dulled the talent of the fabulous Cecilio & Kapono; if anything, this talented twosome appear to be hitting their stride. Mahalo, Cecilio & Kapono.
C&K was great, just like from back in the 70's when we first saw them. Still sounding great. Still harmonizing. Two and half hours! Glad to see Marty still with them. New band members were great too. Guy on the horns was a great addition. Also Humphrey's venue was great and totally fitting.
They were very entertaining and sounded great. We enjoy their music and sense of humor. We had a delicious dinner at Humphrey's restaurant before the show.
The six of us loved, loved, loved, Cecilio & Kapono. We've been fans for 36 years and have been to several of their concerts and they just keep getting better!!! The harmonies are unbelievable and seem so effortless. Humphrey's is the perfect venue for them to perform at. We hope to go again next year.
