One of the best hockey games I've ever been to! The play was intense and exciting. Not to mention the controversial OT winning goal!

They are a great team both on and off the ice. They are great with the fans especially the kids.

Great experience. Everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful. Game was very entertaining. Food was not too overpriced for an event. We took 2 kids, good environment for families too. One thing we did not consider, its chilly inside! Which makes sense, ice hockey, we ended up buying hoodies! We noticed some people brought in blankets. Overall, great deal and local family fun!

This is an incredible hockey team with a very loyal fan base after only 2 seasons. The venue is not too big and not too small. There's not really a bad seat in the house. And the Thunderbirds are awesome!!!

It's a cheap fun family night or a night out with the guys drinking beer. Hockey is about the last real sport still left and it's nice to have a local arena to enjoy it at.

The Carolina Thunderbirds hockey team always give you a great game. The hockey is great for the price you pay for tickets. There is not a bad seat in the house. Have went to several games this year and will return!

I thoroughly enjoyed the game experience. Every seat is a good seat, the arena was easy to park at a find my way to my section, the fans around me were nice, and the sellout atmosphere was electric. That being said, one of the only things sticking with me is how unprofessional the announcer was. From cracking jokes to playing music during an opposing players breakaway (which distracted the thunderbirds player more than the opposing player) was incredibly unprofessional and plays into hockey fans’ perception of the FHL. That kind of behavior wouldn’t fly in the ECHL or higher and the annoucer would be replaced with someone who wasn’t just a “fan” but someone who knew how to annouce.

Excellent Venue, easy parking, great staff, amazing hockey team. Best Hockey experience since the Hurricanes were in Greensboro!

I took my boyfriend here for his birthday. he loves going for the sole purpose of the fights. they’re a great team to watch against the Mentors as they always seem to get into fist fights! had a great time as always
