Hilarious!!!
by Nukahami on 9/5/09Trump Plaza - Atlantic CityI couldn't stop laughing. It was a perfect combination of magic and humor. The humor was mainly geared towards the adults but still a great family show. Would love to see them again.

Thought it was very good. Everyone had a wonderful time and laughed and was amazed throughout the show. Would definitely recommend it again.
GREAT SHOW FUNNY FLEXIBLE, CREATIVE SEXY BUT CLASSY.
Many magic shows I have seen are "cheesy". This one was not at all. Carnival of Wonders was entertaining with a capital "E" and the best magic show I have ever seen...and the prettiest female lead I have seen as well. Great combination of comedy, magic, and pure entertainment. Take the kids, a date, or the grandparents......this show has something for everyone! Loved it!
Carnival of Wonders was a fabulous mix of magic and comedy that kept you laughing and gasping throughout the evening. Many of the jokes had that perfect balance of causing great laughter for the adults and flying over the heads of the kids who were there to see the magic. The magic itself was, well, magical. When people up on stage climbed inside a closed box, and then magically appeared less than 5 feet in front of me (in the middle of the entire audience, not somewhere else on stage), I could nothing more than just shake my head. My whole gang is still talking about the show in total wonderment today.
When my husband, kids (6 and 3 years old) and I got moved to the front row, I was a little nervous we may see more than we wanted to. My 6 year old son was my biggest concern because he is so interested in magic but somehow he knows that there's always a logical explanation. I don't want to lie to him but he's a kid and deserves to believe in magic. At Carnival of Wonders we sat right up front and saw people disappear before our eyes. Not only were the magic tricks flawless but the genuine smiles on the performers faces (after doing this show how many times over the summer?), the sparkle in their eyes, the comedy, the dancing, and the uniqueness of the entire performance made this an event nobody in my family will ever forget. And yes, my son believes in magic.
I went to see this show with my whole family, ages ranging from 12 to 80. Everyone had a wonderful time! There is plenty of amazing magic for the kids, (and the adults too! ). plus there were many excellent dance numbers with great costumes and themes, and lots of hilarious comedy - it was one pleasant surprise after another! I would definitely recommend seeing it! It's more than worth the price we paid for the tickets!
This show was simply enjoyable from start to finish. A show for the whole family. I was wondering how good the show could be with the ticket price pretty low for this day and age. Laughter and entertaining through and through.
Extremely professional showmanship. Kalin & Jinger performed flawlessly and were totally amazing. Hobson was a riot and the best part of the show. Definitely worth seeing again.
Fantastic show, great for both adults and the kids.
Our family very much enjoyed the show ! We went for the magic but also loved the comedy!
We actually went to the show because Casey Muha was in the show. Casey was a dance student of ours since the age of five. Marianne Silver who is 92, was her dance teacher and my wife Angela was her Jazz teacher were in the audience. We also saw Casey in Urban Cowboy. If she is performing close by we try to see her in the performance.
If you do one thing for yourself over the next week go and see Carnival of Wonders!! The Carnival hits the road on Sunday, September 6th so you're outta luck after then. The magic is amazing, the girls are stunning (especially Drumerella and the maid!!), the comedy is hysterical and the dancing is top-notched! If you love magic, hot girls and comedy rush quickly to Trump Plaza to see the spectacular Carnival of Wonders!!
Though not quite the family show I was hoping for, it was entertaining. Some of the costumes could have been less "striptees". Lots of laughs for adults, the magic was fabulous, I wouldn't recommend bringing small children for some of the sexual content. I truly miss the shows that were shows and not eluding to sex constantly.
I really enjoyed the show. I went because I knew one of the dancers in the show. I was amazed at the magic and the illusions. The jokes in between the illusions was for the adults. The jokes fly right over the kids heads. Go see the show in it's last week you will enjoy it.
My husband and I didnt know what to expect but the show was great. It had majic and comedy. It kept your interest for the whole 90 minutes. All the actors were great. We are still talking about it.
This magic and comedy show was terrific--one of the few that has an integrated theme where everything works together--not just a parade of tricks. The magic is good and the comedy is better.
Carnival of Wonders is simply one of the best entertainment shows in Atlantic City. This is the 3rd time I've seen Kalin and Jinger and now together with a variety of entertainers, it was the best one yet. Perfect show for the family or even a night out with a date. Don't miss it!
Prior to our attendance, there was only one review of this show posted. They gave it a poor rating, claimed they could not see. We had a completely different experience. Granted, we had great seats, but I don't think that made the difference. The show was action, and comedy filled from start to finish. Jeff Hobson is uproariously funny. Mark Kalin and Jinger Leigh are a magical pair, fluid in motion, and dazzling.
I would recommend this to any adult who likes a combination of comedy and unexplainable magic. Not a show for kids ages 8 to 15, lots of sexual inuendos in the comedy part. The magic rivals the big names in magic, and the low price is just what we need in these tough times.
