Carly Pearce in Concert
Anytime Carly Pearce steps in front of a crowd, her Kentucky twang comes through loud and clear. And in country music, that real-deal rootsiness is a major asset. A big part of Pearce's appeal lies in the way she's combined her authentic feel with her contemporary pop and rock influences. It's a sound with a sense of history but still of-the-moment.Â
When she lays into tunes like breakout 2017 gold single "Every Little Thing" or its Top 40 follow-up, "Hide the Wine," all of Pearce's passion comes pouring through with every note. Touring overseas as well as performing across the U.S., Pearce brings her impassioned approach to each and every show.
Carly Pearce Background
When a girl quits high school at the age of 16 to dedicate herself to a gig performing at Dollywood, you're talking about a serious commitment to country music at an early age. That's exactly how things started for Carly Pearce (she finished the rest of her schooling at home).Â
By the time she was 19, she had made the move to Nashville. In 2016, the larger world got its first taste of Pearce's talents when she guested on The Josh Abbott Band's single "Wasn't That Drunk," subsequently going on the road with the band.Â
It wasn't long before Pearce had a record deal of her own, and her 2017 debut album on Big Machine, 'Every Little Thing,' hit No. 4 on the country charts and crossed over to the pop Top 40. It also spawned her No. 5 debut single "Every Little Thing," which went gold.Â
When "Every Little Thing" won at the 2018 CMT Awards for Breakthrough Video of the Year, it was clear Pearce had become a major force in country music. Her opening sets on Luke Bryan's What Makes You Country tour and Rascal Flatts and Dan + Shay's Back To Us tour have also exposed the talented singer to bigger audiences.
Amazing to see such a great artist in an intimate venue like the EQC
I was not sure about the concert because it was on a Wednesday. But oh wow! Carley defiantly made it worth staying up late on a work night. And also her opening Adam. Loved them both. She was funny and super cute. Not afraid to give hand shakes and do photo bombs for some teens. Such a fun night. Defiantly will see her again!!! đ©·đ„°
Carly was very personable. Great energy. Great music. Great band. Great night !
Carly Pearce is amazing! I brought a friend who had never heard of her before. Midway through the concert my friend is crying-Carlyâs songs are that good. Must see!
The show was fantastic, but the VIP nation experience made the night so special! Carlyâs songs and connection with the crowdâŠshe was great!
She was funny, sassy , personable and talented. Great venue, great time. I would go see her again!
Carly Pearce was absolutely exceptional. She has a fantastic stage presence. She has a way of owning the stage, while exuding a humility that conveys her authenticity. Her setlist is very good and continues to fill with songs that are significantly more powerful than most of modern country music. Catch her at a small venue while you can. If there's any justice in the country music world, she'll be playing arenas after opening for Tim McGraw next year.
Awesome concert. Carly interacts well with crowd, shows her appreciation for her fans. Beautiful voice.
Carly put on a fantastic show. It felt intimate, she was very interactive with the audience and sounded as good as her albums. Absolutely zero regrets flying down to LA from Canada to see her show - my daughter and I would happily do it again. Adam Doleac was also awesome! And, the Wiltern is an awesome venue!
My daughter and I have seen Carly live 5x now. We just went to the show at the HoB in Myrtle Beach, SC and as she is our favorite artist together.. I upgraded to the VIP experience that was supposed to include Q&A, preshow performance, free alcohol coupon, autographed poster, group photo, etc. Very disappointing. She didnât answer my presubmitted question in the Q&A.. the venue would not honor either of our free alcohol coupons ($45 unexpected expense..).. the âposterâ is a 11x17 dark graphic printed on card stock but you canât even see the autograph. The âgroup photoâ was just her on stage turning around and taking a venue photo with everyone (that they do anyways typically) that we NEVER even got access to or a copy of. :/ VIP dampened the experience for me. I wish we could have a redo. We have met her before (Blakeâs tour) and it was a great experience. But I wouldnât upgrade to VIP again. Only benefit was getting there early and thatâs way too much money to spend for this experience for a mom of 4 who traveled hours just for the show, paid for hotel, etc. I wish we could redo the night and not do VIP to save such a steep price. With that said.. she is still - by far - the best live performer I have seen, genuinely. The actual concert experience is wonderful.. she sounds just as youâd listen on the radio and really performs, tells stories, etc. Random note - as a mom of 4.. I love seeing her grab every single bracelet a fan makes her if youâre near the stage. She even asked people to get them for her when a fan was trying to give it to her. Young girls spend so much time and heart making them, and she obviously takes note of caring about that. That means so much to my daughter.. and anything that makes her smile makes me happy.
First show & wonât be the last! Carly was wonderful!! I always love house of blues as well!!!
I purchased the VIP experience, and the overall concert was amazing. She went above and beyond as an artist. I was just a little disappointed. It was a group picture with the artist, and not an individual picture with the artist for the additional cost. I still have not received the picture via email yet either. Overall a great experience!!!!!!
Have been to MANY Carly Pearce shows, and this one was on fire!! She was flawless! Canât wait to see her with Tim McGraw in June!! Adam Doleac was soooo good as her opening act! So talented & such a cutie!!
Saw Carly Pearce at the House of Blues in Myrtle beach. She was amazing, the venue was a cool atmosphere, and it was a great time!
She is way better in person! Her recordings do not give her justice đ
I do not post very often, but wow @carlypearce what a fabulous show at the House of Blues! When I saw you here in 2019, I thought you were great, but you have grown so much as a performer! You are personable far more than talented ... and you are very talented!
From the parking to the final song, this show was top notch. I really enjoy seeing Carly Pearce in concert. She is so personable with her fans. Thank You beautiful strong woman.
This was a great concert. Carly Pearce is a story teller and interacted with the audience amazingly. She sound great. I had never heard of Hannah Ellis and I really liked her music. Fun night and I'd go again.
Performance was top notch. Would definitely see her again if sheâs in the area.
Great show, she interacts so well with the fans(tells personal stories)-one of the best moments was when she sang to a girl who lost her father, letting her know heâs above and helping her ease the pain of her loss-donât think there was a dry set of eyes in the venue-she just knows how to put on a good show-and it all sounded great-sheâs got a lot of class!!!!
