Carly Pearce in Concert
Anytime Carly Pearce steps in front of a crowd, her Kentucky twang comes through loud and clear. And in country music, that real-deal rootsiness is a major asset. A big part of Pearce's appeal lies in the way she's combined her authentic feel with her contemporary pop and rock influences. It's a sound with a sense of history but still of-the-moment.
When she lays into tunes like breakout 2017 gold single "Every Little Thing" or its Top 40 follow-up, "Hide the Wine," all of Pearce's passion comes pouring through with every note. Touring overseas as well as performing across the U.S., Pearce brings her impassioned approach to each and every show.
Carly Pearce Background
When a girl quits high school at the age of 16 to dedicate herself to a gig performing at Dollywood, you're talking about a serious commitment to country music at an early age. That's exactly how things started for Carly Pearce (she finished the rest of her schooling at home).
By the time she was 19, she had made the move to Nashville. In 2016, the larger world got its first taste of Pearce's talents when she guested on The Josh Abbott Band's single "Wasn't That Drunk," subsequently going on the road with the band.
It wasn't long before Pearce had a record deal of her own, and her 2017 debut album on Big Machine, 'Every Little Thing,' hit No. 4 on the country charts and crossed over to the pop Top 40. It also spawned her No. 5 debut single "Every Little Thing," which went gold.
When "Every Little Thing" won at the 2018 CMT Awards for Breakthrough Video of the Year, it was clear Pearce had become a major force in country music. Her opening sets on Luke Bryan's What Makes You Country tour and Rascal Flatts and Dan + Shay's Back To Us tour have also exposed the talented singer to bigger audiences.
It was a perfect concert! Sheer talent, beautiful voice, energectic crowd, emotional throughout, and magnificent backdrop! The sound was top notch!
Carly is absolutely killing it, leaving it all on the stage. Catch this tour if you can! Also, love the vax requirement in NYC, really felt safe and normal at the show. My only complaint is the “VIP DECK” high top tables were super wobbly- it practically threw 2 of our drinks off of it.
Very beautiful building. Concert was a hit. Both acts did an awesome job. Thank you.
Having it in this location was amazing. We got to be more personable with her. Carly was having conversation and joking with the audience. She puts on a great show and I would go see her again in a heart beat!
Carly was great!!! I did not like that venue changed their vaccination policy since the time of purchasing my tickets. A week before the show you were told you needed the vaccine or a negative test. Also, the venue stated the start time was 7 pm but the warm-up act didn't start until 8 pm.
Wonderful singer and very personable, a great show!!
Great show. She's a natural headliner and terrific songwriter. Enjoyed it!
Hoyt Sherman is an awesome and Carly did not disappoint!!
From the raucous Diamondback to the final notes of Hope You’re Happy Now, Carly owned that stage. Hoyt was a perfect venue choice, as her voice filled it beautifully. And when the audience choir kicked in, it was visceral. It’s a rare treat to hear an artist play their album in its entirety. Carly walked us through all 15 songs on 29: Written in Stone, with brief breaks for a drink, band intros and song backgrounds. She wrapped up with her chart toppers, then called in the opening artist Andrew Jannakos to fill Lee Brice’s role for the closer Hope You’re Happy Now. Andrew’s opening acoustic set was a great set up for Carly. His voice is beautiful and I Ioved getting to know him better through his song intros. With both artists, the audience was invited to experience some very personal stories and authentic experiences. Thank you for sharing those journeys with us. Yes, you should see this show. No, Ashley McBryde didn’t make an appearance to help with Never Wanted To Be That Girl. (But Carly could surprise us for Ashley’s Hoyt concert in February, right? I mean, a girl can dream…)
Carly did a great job with her first headlining tour. She made you laugh and cry. She got us involved with the show and had us singing and dancing. Her personal stories really made me fall in love with her.
We did the VIP Meet and Greet before the show in SLC, she was she kind, funny, and totally engaged with the guests. She made my 7 year feel so welcomed and special. We got a surprise gift of Pit Passes to the show, and even on stage Carly waved to my little several times. My husband and I split 2 months ago, and so everyone is adjusting, and I think this experience was just what we needed to help boost our spirits! Thank You Carly for being AMAZING!
Carly is an amazing singer! I’ve seen her multiple times and she gets better & better every time.
I really enjoyed seeing Savannah Burrows, Ryan Griffin, and Carly Pearce. Loved listening to their music. I looked for a VIP ticket online to meet Carly but could not find one. Maybe some other time?
Had a great time celebrating my sister's birthday. Love this venue. Carly Pearce was amazing. Loved her stage presence. Loved the other performing acts also. Great night, great music
Carly was amazing at the show we just attended on Sept 14th. Looking forward to future concerts! Beautiful voice, very humble, and engaged with the crowd. Loved her!
Sorry to say this, but Carly was absolutely no good.
