What a great show. Arrived a little late but the band just top notch classic rock opera at its best. Caleb what a great experience to see him at work with these guys onstage. A versatile voice it was like note for note with Meatloaf him self and such a warrior to step in and give his best in honor of taking the reigns and took us all for that classic ride of tunes we grew up with. 100 stars from me. Great venue for sure.
This has always been one of the finest rock & roll bands to grace a stage and thought it doesn't seem possible they are better than ever. Maybe it's because they are not on a rigidly promoted tour but, rather, seem to be a bunch of friends getting together to play the music they love and have a good time. Caleb Johnson exceeds all expectations on these epic songs.His voice growls, screams, caresses and prays as he presents the magic of Jim Steinman's songs. It's as if we get to enjoy Meat Loaf in his prime! I'm not sure anyone else could have made this show work to such perfection! I can't wait to see it again!
The band was perfect and Caleb was a perfect addition to this band in the eyes of all Meatloaf fans!
Great show, superb singers, great fun. If it was the 70s or 80s Caleb would be filling stadiums. Really liked the venue but the chairs were miserable.
Caleb performed a wonderful job & great renditions of Meatloaf's songs. His voice mimicked him very well. Great show. Wonderful music. What more can you ask other than being live with Meatloaf himself? Enjoyable time.
The Bat Experience at this Casino was absolutely wonderful! The members of Meat Loaf's Neverland Band seemed to be connected to each other and performed as one brilliant unit! Caleb Johnson was electrifying! He has a marvelous stage presence that pulls you in when he sings the first note. His voice seems to be even stronger than on his first album 'Testify' and he did the Steinman legacy proud with his interpretations of the music while following the path of the awesome Meat Loaf. I will see this show again and again if they extend their tour!
Even if you are not a "Meatloaf" fan, or thought you were not a "Meatloaf" fan, you will love this show. Caleb Johnson and all back-up vocalists were excellent and the band was superb!
The show was awesome, my only complaint would be the back up vocals was a tad low. Otherwise a really great show. It was like almost seeing Micheal Adday in his younger years. Caleb did a great job. The whole band was great. It was a great show in Vegas.
My husband and I enjoyed this show immensly! Despite the fact that he is obviously not being promoted well in some areas,and definitely was not at this venue, Caleb and his crew put on one of the best shows I have seen. They had good sound, technically and musically. Caleb's voice was even better in person than on television. I hope he never gets discouraged by the size of his crowds and always remembers how happy his fans were and what the music means to him. Go see him,buy his albums... Real rock fans won't be disappointed!
Caleb & his band Elijah Hooker rocked it out. Epic vocals, great mix of original music & amazing covers. Caleb can hit any note, & perform his ass off!!!!!!
