About

CAIN on Tour

Not only are CAIN some of the brightest stars on the Christian music scene, but their personalities are as effervescent as their voices. CAIN's harmonized, country-flavored tunes offer an energetic positivity that's undeniably joyful.

Their first release was the eponymous EP, CAIN, in 2020. They followed that with the release of their critically acclaimed debut album, Rise Up, in 2021. They've had several Top 40 hits, including their 2020 single "Rise Up (Lazarus)," which reached No. 1 on Billboard's Christian Airplay chart and No. 28 on the publication's year-end Hot Christian Songs chart for 2021. The song also won the 2021 K-LOVE Fan Award for Breakout Single of the Year.

In 2021, they had similar success with the single "Yes He Can," reaching No. 1 on Billboard's Christian Airplay chart and No. 32 on Billboard's year-end Hot Christian Songs list. That same year their singles "Wonderful," a collaboration with Steven Curtis Chapman, and "The Commission" reached No 4. On the Christian Airplay chart. That same year they were named Most Played Artist on Christian radio by Billboard, BDS and Mediabase, and they were nominated for the American Music Awards Favorite Inspirational Artist and GMA Dove Awards Best New Artist.

On the band's website bio, Logan Cain says, "We're not using happiness as wallpaper to cover the hole in the wall. We're saying if you're not happy now, there's happiness on the way." A live performance with CAIN will bathe you in joy, peace and gratitude. Get tickets to see CAIN when they come to a city near you.

CAIN Live in Concert

CAIN are siblings Madison Cain Johnson, Taylor Cain Matz, and Logan Cain. They were raised in Alabama, the children of a pastor, and developed a love for music early on. They graduated from Troy University in Troy, Alabama.

Their success story begins with a contest held by country musician Dave Barnes. Their first entry was a cover of Whitney Houston's "I Wanna Dance With Somebody." They continued to advance, covering more songs, and eventually winning the contest. They got additional help with connections made through their grandfather, a former country music publishing executive.

They initially pursued a career in country music, but after five years of a lot of hard work and not much traction, they took a break. They were approached by their now manager Ron Smith at their Nashville church about trying a career in Christian music and, with careful consideration, decided to give it a shot. It turned out to be the key to unlocking their songwriting capabilities and success. Smith got the group a meeting with Provident Label Group and they were offered a recording contract. They've since had several chart-topping hits, amassed almost 1.5 million fans on Spotify, and had over a million streams.

The band's website bio says they're "doing their favorite thing, singing about Jesus."

I absolutely had a phenomenal time from start to finish. I loved every aspect of the experience. It was the best birthday gift I’ve ever given myself being able to meet Cain, Katy Nicole, and David Leonardo. Definitely a dream come true!

by Cgiles on 5/9/23BJCC Concert Hall - Birmingham

My first Cain concert and wow! What an amazing experience! They are so extremely talented! Beautiful, strong voices! I wasn’t sure it would be the intimate worshipping setting like other worship bands I have seen, but there absolutely were those sweet intimate moments and also they packed a lot of fun and entertainment into the show as well! I would highly recommend seeing Cain anytime they are in town! Katy Nicole was amazing and strong and what a treat to see David Leonard with them as well! So much FUN!! I absolutely loved it!

    Cain

by Greg H. on 5/9/23BJCC Concert Hall - Birmingham

Great, great concert at the BJCC Concert Hall! Always impressed with events here at this venue. Just wish concessions weren’t so outrageous in price. Not a bad seat in the house at this venue and concerts are so much more personal feeling here.

Loved it when they were singing their songs. Parts of the concert were very corny though.

IN MY TOP 5 SHOWS EVER

by Kristi S on 5/9/23BJCC Concert Hall - Birmingham

Great experience! From set up for VIP, concessions, Merch availability, concert hall layout... the whole nine! This was a very thought out show and experience for the fans. Fantastic stage setup to give all the feels with the lights and sounds, yet intimate enough for a true worship experience.

    Amazing Night!!

by JessG on 5/9/23BJCC Concert Hall - Birmingham

I was so excited going into the night, but I had NO idea how amazing it would be. My husband wasn't too thrilled about going, but came out loving every minute of it. There was laughter, tears, and a lot of worship! We will go back every time they come to town.

    An amazing worship filled concert

by Oma Nancy on 5/9/23BJCC Concert Hall - Birmingham

The evening spent in Birmingham with the band Cain was an amazing night of worship, laughter, and corporate praise to the Lord. They mix it up with audience participation, humor, their own original songs, old praise and gospel songs that left the audience wanting more. There vocal blend as siblings is beautiful and from their testimonies it is evident of their love for the Lord and their desire to be obedient to His call on their lives. There was a sweet, sweet spirit in the concert hall and you could feel the presence of the Holy Spirit. I would encourage anyone, young or old to attend their concert. It was a night to remember.

I loved the way they laid out the show. They had so much fun representing Jesus in song and commentary that it made us have so much fun loving on Jesus too. I can’t wait to enjoy them again. David Leonard and Katy Nichole fit right in to the night of worship and laughter.
