Former singer of Heroes del Silencio, Enrique Bunbury helped turn Spanish rock into a worldwide craze back in the 90s. No stranger to blowout tours, his band lit up stages all over the U.S. and Europe. He’s since evolved into a talented solo musician with a sound that runs the gamut from electro to Latin rock to industrial music. Enrique Bunbury concerts are always a hit, drawing in longtime fans and creating new ones. He has a remarkable ability to fill each tour with radically different material as his musical influences and sound are constantly in flux. Now he takes the stage again to promote his 2013 album Palosanto with a 2014 tour that will cover Latin America, Spain and the U.S., giving ticket holders a chance to see Bunbury's famous pyrotechnic shows and outrageous costume changes.
Bunbury began his career in the early 1980s when he debuted in a high school band. After playing for a few years, he joined the band Copi, which would go through various reformations until shaping themselves into Heroes del Silencio, who are best known for their 1995 album Avalancha. As a solo artist, his 2011 album Licenciado Cantinas rose to No. 2 on the charts. With singles such as "Frente a Frente," "Lady Blue," "Bailando con el Enemigo" and "Infinito," he has become a household name in the Spanish rock industry. "Despierta," the hit single from Palosanto, can be heard on radio stations from LA to London, and everywhere in between. Fans can expect to hear more from Bunbury in the coming year as his new music, vibrant performances and off-the-wall theatrical flair always keep them coming back for more.

Flew from Florida to San Jose, CA since he skipped Florida!! Worth every cent to see a true artist, musician and singer all in one! The crowd sang every word of every song..

Although he had a concert the day before, he was still willing to sing extra songs. It was a great concert and he sang songs from Heroes del Silencio. I love it!
Enrique Bunbury always has been an awesome and unpredictable artist and this time wasn't the exception I love him, his voice the band were in perfect synchrony. People was so seduced by the music as a chorus of Rock & Roll. Bunbury always bring a beautiful show the lights change the ambience in every single song, he is never a deception! !... The venue on the other hand was not that great, beginning with the bartender they had on the first floor was so arrogant, I mean we were paying for our drinks not asking for free drinks duh!. Hate that they don't let you stand for a little bit and admire the place after the show was done, we love the artist (we will kiss the floor he stepped on), but they didn't even let you take pictures after the show c'mon.
What a concert! What energy!!! The venue was beautiful. The crowd energetic. The band superb. Enrique was lovely and he sang songs from all his years! With three encores!!!! Dope'st concert ever!
His Mutaciones tour had a mix of everything, old classics of Heroes Del Silencio, his classic solo songs.

I haven't been a big fan of Bunbury's music since his days with Héroes del Silencio, but I must admit that he put on a remarkable show. His voice was on point and the band was excellent. Lots of chemistry between them and it's reflected in the tightness of their sound. Bunbury is a showman and sometimes his flair seem better suited for his past arena and stadium days - where most spectators were far from the stage - but he connects well with the audience in small venues such as this one. Overall, a great show.
Enrique Bunbury performance was amazing... full of energy & non stop great music. i hope he returns back to Chicago very soon..

I wish they would've had an opening band/group... we waited for almost 2 hours before Enrique came out to do the show. the show was good but the drinks were overpriced...

Enrique Bunbury is one of the best performers I've ever had the pleasure of seeing live! He gets the entire crowd into his electrifying vibe and it's just impossible to not get into every second of of the show. I would definitely pay to see him again.
This is a must-see artist and band! Amazing vocals by Enrique Bunbury with his talented band of musicians that display incredible orchestration of each song. The sound system at Riverside Municipal Auditorium was clear and mixed very well.
