About

Former singer of Heroes del Silencio, Enrique Bunbury helped turn Spanish rock into a worldwide craze back in the 90s. No stranger to blowout tours, his band lit up stages all over the U.S. and Europe. He’s since evolved into a talented solo musician with a sound that runs the gamut from electro to Latin rock to industrial music. Enrique Bunbury concerts are always a hit, drawing in longtime fans and creating new ones. He has a remarkable ability to fill each tour with radically different material as his musical influences and sound are constantly in flux. Now he takes the stage again to promote his 2013 album Palosanto with a 2014 tour that will cover Latin America, Spain and the U.S., giving ticket holders a chance to see Bunbury's famous pyrotechnic shows and outrageous costume changes.

Bunbury began his career in the early 1980s when he debuted in a high school band. After playing for a few years, he joined the band Copi, which would go through various reformations until shaping themselves into Heroes del Silencio, who are best known for their 1995 album Avalancha. As a solo artist, his 2011 album Licenciado Cantinas rose to No. 2 on the charts. With singles such as "Frente a Frente," "Lady Blue," "Bailando con el Enemigo" and "Infinito," he has become a household name in the Spanish rock industry. "Despierta," the hit single from Palosanto, can be heard on radio stations from LA to London, and everywhere in between. Fans can expect to hear more from Bunbury in the coming year as his new music, vibrant performances and off-the-wall theatrical flair always keep them coming back for more.

  • energetic with lots of flashbacks

    Well first of all, i was dissapointed because the ticket said it was going to satrt at 9:00pm and it started like an hour earlier. By the time i got there i had missed already half of the show instaed of just some minutes. This is what really dissapointed me because i had more than 2 years without seeing him. Anyway, when i got there i thought it was going to be packed, but it wasn't like that at all. i say it gave me lots of flashbacks because beyond 10pm he only sang old song and nothing from the new album. i guess i missed all of that because of the time. regardless of all those bad things i reaaly enjoyed it because people were very energetic as in all his shows. enrique sang with the same pasion, did his dance moves, and gave us the chance to sing the chorus of songs like "Lady Blue", "Infinito", "El Extranjero" and "Apuesta por El Ronk N Roll" among others. From the band, i really liked a guy with a guitar because he was moving side to side and looked funny. i dont know it thats his way or simply that he was tired.

    ENRIQUE IS A GREAT PERFORMER. HIS PERFORMANCES ARE MESMERIZING, IT'S LIKE HE NEVER AGES EITHER. HE'S SEXY IN A WEIRD SORT OF WAY. HAD A GREAT TIME, LOOKING FORWARD TO SEEING HIM AGAIN.

    Superb choice of songs, his voice is best than ever. He is an amazing performer, able to engage every single person in the audience. He sang non-stop, The new version of the old songs was just incredible.

    Bunbury was awesome! I can't believe his voice! He is just great, The Senda song brought back great memories. I really hope he stops again in Dallas, I'll go see him in a heart beat!

    I was anticipating his arrival since tickets went on sale and he did not disappoint . I took a couple of friends and they had a blast . The energy was spectacular he really entertained the crowd and did not hold back .

    One if the best concerts I've attended in years. The crowd was energetic singing corus to all the songs performed. A wide variety of songs from Bunbury's music career were played from 20 some years back to today. The group was more the willing to please the audience performing encore not once but three times extendening the concerts to well over 2 hours. I would recomend this anyone who is wants to experience a truly great evening.

    Great concert, great sound, long duration! There were some songs left behinds, but who cares when he is always the commited! I still think that he deserves to perform somewhere bigger that HoB. I mean, the place is great but I am pretty sure he would do it great on a bigger stage!

    My wife and I really enjoyed the concert. Not too many people came in to see him this time, wonder why? Well better for us, we got to seat closer on the balcony, lol Well, I hope that I'll get to see him again next time he drops a new album.

    great performer without a doubt! definitely recommended...his show lasted about 3 hours..sang everyone of his hit singles and more. had the crowd going insane.

    I still remember the first time I saw Bunbury for the Radical Sonora Tour at the JC Fandango... Since then I have seem him every single time he is in California... I have gone to Tijuana and Las Vegas as well...I even had the honor to see him at a private show for LATV Live for el Viaje a Ninguna Parte Tour.... it is been almost 13 years and at least 20 shows... my last shows were last November and to be honest and with no exaggeration each TIME HIS PERFORMANCES ARE BETTER! I love how professional he is... It is apparent how much time he invests to deliver such and great shows. .. words are not enough to describe how much his music means to me to the extend that my son's name is after his... I am so happy he will be coming back to the US and offer such an extensive tour, "USA ON THE ROAD" is just ahead of us... At this time of so much mediocrity in music it is a privilege to be present at his concerts which are by far way above the average show... Must see him live...
