About

Former singer of Heroes del Silencio, Enrique Bunbury helped turn Spanish rock into a worldwide craze back in the 90s. No stranger to blowout tours, his band lit up stages all over the U.S. and Europe. He’s since evolved into a talented solo musician with a sound that runs the gamut from electro to Latin rock to industrial music. Enrique Bunbury concerts are always a hit, drawing in longtime fans and creating new ones. He has a remarkable ability to fill each tour with radically different material as his musical influences and sound are constantly in flux. Now he takes the stage again to promote his 2013 album Palosanto with a 2014 tour that will cover Latin America, Spain and the U.S., giving ticket holders a chance to see Bunbury's famous pyrotechnic shows and outrageous costume changes.

Bunbury began his career in the early 1980s when he debuted in a high school band. After playing for a few years, he joined the band Copi, which would go through various reformations until shaping themselves into Heroes del Silencio, who are best known for their 1995 album Avalancha. As a solo artist, his 2011 album Licenciado Cantinas rose to No. 2 on the charts. With singles such as "Frente a Frente," "Lady Blue," "Bailando con el Enemigo" and "Infinito," he has become a household name in the Spanish rock industry. "Despierta," the hit single from Palosanto, can be heard on radio stations from LA to London, and everywhere in between. Fans can expect to hear more from Bunbury in the coming year as his new music, vibrant performances and off-the-wall theatrical flair always keep them coming back for more.

    WOW! WOW! WOW! There isnt a single modern artist like E. Bunbury! Man o man he can rock a tiny little place like HoB or the Gibson Amp@Universal City. Either way YOU will not regret or fogert about his performance! Keep the great artists coming our way!!!

    Awesome concert! Enrique was great as always...his band keeps getting better as the time goes by and they continue playing togeter. Had a great time. Fully recommend it!

    Wordless there nothing else to say. Enrique is just the kind of artist you dont want to miss,every song he sang he just doin it like this going to be the last song,the last gig of his life is just one of the best Latin artist ever.

    Enrique Bunbury has a wide range of fan base... Everyone who loved him in Heroes Del Silencio and now follows him as a Solo Act. He has a very unique style and Unmistakable Voice. He is someone who will always bring his style - however eccentric to his shows. Good Concert!

    I have no words to explane all the fillings I have when he sings, those lyrics that make you fill the pain and the hapiness, the good and the bad, those words that make you see the reality. He is a very exellent singer and writter, he has amazing voice.

    I love that the venue is so small, because it feels like such an intimate experience wherever it is that you are in the House of Blues. Enrique has so much energy, and he really got the crowd going. He doesn't need any fancy gimmicks like costume changes or flashing lights, because his music speaks for itself!!
